I used to hate coming to this Popeyes but the new management is GREAT! The workers are polite and helpful. Food is always hot! My go-to Popeyes now ??
I've only eaten 2x as far and im really loving the chicken ? texture here...would recommend it to anyone who hasnt eaten here!!
Rip-offWe decided to go out of our way to Popeyes tonight. Haven’t been in about 2 months due to distance and KFC is much closer. Popeyes was so bad we won’t go back. The chicken strips I had were lacking chicken. It was all grease and crust. The breasts were the same. Terrible and definitely not worth the money.
One of the few Popeyes with a drive-thru. Usually not to crowded and are pretty quick. Only down side is they always seem to be out on items/food. Not all items, just at least 2-3

I order from this location because every time I order through the app, my order is ready by the time it specifies and when I get there. You do not have to check in and then wait for you food to then be made. And my order is always correct, they do not miss anything. I had to amend my rating, how do I place an order through the app over 40 minutes ago and they still do not have it ready. Same excuse as the other location, still waiting on the blackened chicken tenders.
I been over 35 years in this Country; this was my first time, it was something different, but very good and enjoyble, I ordered to go, next time I will eat there, and probably will be !!!!! 5 Stars!!!
I ordered a big order so i checked it before leaving. They missed 2 combos and i went to twll them and took all my items back with me and this lady started saying she put them in the bag. I told her it wasnt there and she made it seem as though i was lying. I spent over 100. Why would i hide 2 combos. She was rude and then they calmed her down and i got what they missed
I hate the grease, but love the food. I wouldn't suggest a large meal during work time, but after it is worth it.
Hey Popeyes, so does this location train their employees to lie to customers?I will admit, I did not have any issues with the quality of the food. However, your customer service is another story. I went to the drive thru and when I was getting my food from the drive thru window, I asked the lady at the window if I could get blackened ranch and honey. She told me there was already blackened ranch in the bag. I found this a little odd because I didn't ask for it prior to reaching the window. But I took her word, so I waited for her to get the honey. She just stood there and stared at me, so i ask for honey again and she tells me that that's also in the bag. My bag was taped closed and i didn't want to hold up the long line so i took her word on that too. Once I got back to work and sat down to enjoy my meal there was no ranch or honey.And it's not the fact that I didn't get these condiments, it's that your employee lied straight to my face because she was too lazy to take an extra 5 seconds to grab these two things.
