It’s not the worst McDonald’s by far but just know that you will be parked. NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER they will send you to one of their many designated parking spaces. I ordered a soda once and was parked so on top of already waiting in line just to get to the window I also had to wait another 4-6 mins for them to walk out my medium soda. I understand larger orders needing to get pushed through but when you have to park for one single soft drink, there is a problem and corporate should really get involved. Maybe they need more labor allowed for this location? I can’t say for sure I just know something needs to change.Otherwise this location is alright for a McDonald’s. Just manage your expectations.

This morning like every other morning after doing laundry I went to this McDonald’s. I get to the drive thru a bit after 6am and i couldn’t hear the guy taking my order he would just say “ya” after the items I would order. I pulled up to the window and is this young Asian man and I say “Good morning are you the one taking the orders” and he says “ya” and I reply “We can’t hear you” and he says “ok” while rolling his eyes back to the register and gives me my total ,I give him my card I asked him for the receipt and I say “thank you” he doesn’t reply. I literally gave him The Customer Service he should’ve given me. And “ya” and “ok” were the only words that came out his mouth cause there was no “good morning” thank you” or “have a great day” Nothing. I did tell the manager or I assume is the manager wearing a tie who was at the next window, that his cashier was rude. Other than this man everyone else has been very nice ?? when I’ve been there which is usually every other weekend.

Always have to pull up and wait for our food here. It doesn't matter what you order you. I have never been given food from the drive thru window NEVER.Employees are rude here as well. When you get your food the fries are always cold. This place needs to be cleaned of current employees including management. The worse service of any fast food place.

Order Breakfast by Kiosk and requested dine in. Took my number and sat down. Counter person starts shouting my number (Why?) She finely gets out to dining room and gives me my food saying under her exacerbated breath "I called your number". Yeah...so bring the food to my table! That was the whole point. If you don't like your job..quit. Until then, do your job right and don't take it out on your customers.

This has not just happened to me but to people that I know around our community. Yes, this may be the fastest drive thru in the valley but because they park all the cars! Doesn't matter from a small order such as an order of fries to a huge order like 4 combos you will be parked. But my issue isn't so much there it is the fact that they tent to forget who the f%%^& they park! When you get in the restaurant you have to repeat your order again.... in that case I should have just went inside and order.... RIDICULOUS so much for a drive thru...

I was visiting this location daily for a while, sometimes multiple times a day. From my visits I’ve noticed the meat is saltier than other places and their iced caramel coffees taste disappointing 80% of the time. Adding things like espresso, caramel and whipped cream do not guarantee you will get it even if you pay for it. This location is insanely close to me but I’m a huge coffee fan and they very rarely get it right so I won’t be returning.

Just went through the drive thru it's 3:00am getting food for me and my coworkers. First why is it that at this time in the morning they only take cash and do not honor any of the McDonald's rewards that I have earned. Does not seems like a very honest McDonald's for not only taking cash and not honoring valued customers rewards but will not even give me a receipt for what I purchased for me and my coworkers. When I asked the lady at the drive thru for the mangers name or the franchise owner information she told me to call corporate. She was very rude and I will be telling all of my coworkers to never stop by this McDonald's and to tell their family and friends how I was treated. Shame on the franchise Owner for letting this kind of treatment happen to any loyal McDonald's customers. Shame on you. Just got to work with the food for my coworkers and me and of course our food is cold. We only work 2 miles from this McDonald's and I had to wait for our food. I should have checked it before I left. What a strange coincidence ?. I think not

If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star this place always gives the worst attitude ever!!! The employees here have zero structure they can careless about the customers here. They ignore you and at 12 they stop receiving cash they only accept card. And if you don’t give them the code right when they ask for it they get super mad because they hate doing their job here. Worst place ever!!!! If you don’t believe me experience this yourself

This McDonald's has it together 100%. The service is always fast and consistent. The employees are all very friendly and they seem to be happy in their work environment. I never have a problem there, it's great and fast. The food is always on point, never had any issues. A general problem with all McD restraunts is their frape and McCafe machines. It seems like they are always broken. So if you want something like that don't get your hopes up too much, their machine may be down. Also every Saturday they stop accepting credit cards for a few hours around 3 am, again this is at most of them I have been to. And between 4-5 am daily, they apparently need to reset their entire system for breakfast so they close down the whole restaurant, despite the 24 hour store time. Again you may want to call or check but it's every day, from what the employees say. Those are just heads up, the place is really great.

it's always a good fast service but this place they were sending everybody to the parking lot when you going to the drive-thru I was thinking what is the point of going to the drive-thru if you have to park and wait 15 minutes for your order
