Excellent and efeciant service, the back ground music was TOO LOUD. But over all good place for a quick bite.
Staff is very friendly and kind. They were making multiple party packs for a guest before us. They still got our order some quickly.
Best sandwich i ever had and it was first time being there
Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve been too. I usually go to the ones in Pasadena and or Northridge. This one not only are they slow but kinda clueless. There were 3 guys and only one was doing his job. Poking bacon, the other two were almost like frat boys. They got my order wrong and I didn’t notice until I got home because I was paying while they were adding my toppings. But the reason why I am writing this is because it’s a problem when you have more cheese than meat on your Italian sub. Can’t believe I paid for it, never again. They need to retrain their employees in this location.
First time coming here Monday 5/16 right after work, staff was very friendly from the start when you walk in. There were 2 young gentleman and a young female working. The 2 young men were just super friendly and efficient. (I’mSure the young lady is too but she was busy in the back) I had ordered one sandwich and changed my mind shortly after, I didn’t get a “eye rolling look” or a change in attitude. The young man was accommodating. Definitely will come here again with service like this.
First time at this location. It was clean and although they were busy I waited 5 minutes to order. Sub was done in less that time. Staff was friendly. Ingredients were fresh and food was good.
5 stars for food, customer service needs a lot of work! Place an order on the app; it gave me a time. I went; they haven't even started on it!! The girl at the counter offered a free drink and bag of chips. I wasn't happy having to wait an extra 20 minutes for my sandwich.

I ordered online and arrived five minutes after the food was supposed to be ready only to wait another 18 minutes for two sandwiches. I checked in as soon as I arrived and was told they were working on my order and saw the order sit on the counter for 15 minutes before anyone bothered to look at it. What is the point of on-line ordering? Completely disorganized.
I'm going to be honest. I'm not happy. But Jersey usually has very good customer service. Maybe they were just off today. They had one guy assembling sandwiches and cashiering. It's was soo annoying. There were two guys in the back not doing much.
