HORRIBLE!! Stay away, they will give your food away to another customer and blame you for their mistake.Waited 30 extra min for the order.Waited 30 min for COLD tacos and curly fries.Thier was no one in the restaurant either,only me.Manager Diana was extremely rude! I don't know why they hire people like this.I also saw an employee tie there shoe and then hand out food without washing her hands.This Jack in the Box is disgusting.
Do not go here. I just had to go in twice to get a bacon egg and cheese, one croissant and one discuit. First round, one with sausage and no bacon, the next with ham and sausage. I come back to the car and find out now I have two with NO bacon. So I go back in. By the way, handicapped with a cane...no one in the place at 340pm. The manager asks what's wrong, asks to just throw bacon on, I said I'm just hurting and don't want to be walking back and forth anymore and hands, throws bacon on and hands it back and tells me says thanks. Thanks for what?! You can't get a simple bacon egg and cheese right?! I would never thank you. No sorry, no nada. Thanks for nothing is more like it.
Drive thru is very long waits every time we go, and the food has made us sick several times. Will not be returning.
I've worked in the hospitality industry over 40 years; from v fine dining to hotels to fast food, and I've never seen such low level customer service from someone that claims she a manager.She yelled at fellow employees, and mentioned that customers had no respect.When customer responded to her false allegations, and he told her she was out of line, she refused to serve him.I i usually stop on weekends before going to my son's sports event, and easily pass several other establishments for breakfast. Since the last incident, that's exactly what i now do.

Guilty pleasure of the fast food chains for me as I really enjoy their rotating and usually interesting 5 dollar meal deals. Jack in the Box kind of reminds me of 50's type diners just thinking about that slice of cheesecake that they offer as a dessert and the style of the franchise as far as their color scheme and tapestry. This location is like a diamond in the rough. Easy going staff. Quite the nice traffic passing through here. I enjoyed my evening on this visit.
