Great selection of boba drinks. Everyone working there seems like they're in high school, so service and quality could be a hit or miss type of situation. Also, gets very packed after school hours since the kids from the nearby school go there right after school. Could be a good experience or not. It's Russian roulette at this location. If driving, there are better nearby spots.
Review for April 9th 2022. It's boba time is located in San Fernando City. This is the newest boba time in the San Fernando valley. There is a boba time in Lancaster and Palmdale California and the boba smoothie there are very delicious. Today I'm enjoying a mango boba smoothie. However, I enjoy a coffee or a caramel frappe boba as well. And it is very delicious. It is prepare very timely and the customer service is very good. The place is clean and it is a welcoming treat to the San Fernando Valley especially in San Fernando city.
Me and my friend went after school to get a refreshing boba. Instead we got 30 minutes of our time wasted. We had ordered a simple sunset boba. The boba tasted very sour they did not put enough orange sweet stuff on the bottom even after we mixed it, the drink was still sour. The workers were very slow working they had forgot to make our drink. Very unprofessional do not recommend go to the place next to el super its better lol. For a place named boba “time” they sure aren’t on time.
This was an amazing location to staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the drinks were amazing good five stars
I think it’s definitely better to get boba somewhere else, to save your money and time. The times i’ve gone to this place, the boba has been insanely hard and crazy small. The amount of boba they also give, at most there’s like- what? 9 maybe ten boba pearls? The flavors aren’t not even all that hype, i got the vanilla coffee and it basically tastes like water. Today I went and I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to make the boba, just to receive a small amount. The customer service isn’t too great either. You know the boba is good if the reviews isn’t only about the customer service and how “good” it is.
I love it’s boba time, my go to place for boba always. I like to go in the afternoons because the employees always seem to be in a good mood & are very friendly. They also give me great drink recommendations. I just can’t believe the review I read below. I would be very disgusted if I saw someone changing their babies diaper on a table where I like to sit down and enjoy my drink. You can’t tell me you lay your child down and change them on your dinner table right? Ridiculous. That’s why there is a restroom where I would take my own baby and change. Or even taking my child back to my car.
Best customer service I’ve had in a long time ! The girl with the rosary tattoo was very nice and friendly :) def will be back just for her vibe !And to the girl who thought it was appropriate to change a Bebe on a table where other people sit down and enjoy their drinks and food , if you had a blanket you could’ve easily changed her on the floor on the bathroom ? Not out in the open restaurant where people want to enjoy their drinks/food

Great tasting boba drinks. Took long to take my order but it was super buzy. Overall it was good
Worst wait time to even order. 7 employees and all they were worried about was getting the drinks done and mobile orders out the door. None of them bothered to take orders 20 mins just standing I front of the cash register till I said Am sorry but is anyone going to take orders. Not to mention they had a waiting line and was all the way outside
