I came here during rush hours, I placed my order but the woman that took my order forgot to add one more milkshake. Which wasn’t upsetting or anything like that. When I got to the front, Andy’s customer service was superb. ? Andy was able to fix my issue with no problem. Thank You, Andy! The world needs more people like you.
Store#12. Well first of all let me start off by saying that I love In-N-Out Burger. I have to say honestly that this is the best burger place in the world. Not only the quality is the best. And the staff and the employees, or should I say Associates, are excellent and always smiling. Furthermore they take great pride in keeping all their restaurants clean. And it shows in the attention of the details. I can't say that I've walked in into one of their restrooms and it was a mess. The restrooms are always kept supplied and clean. Especially during this pandemic, they have taken special precautions to make sure that everyone is kept safe. And speaking about covid-19 guidelines, In-N-Out Burger strictly follows All State Federal in County guidelines. To make sure that everyone, including the associates, are kept safe. Now let's talk about the burgers, everyone is familiar with the animal style. That basically means that the meat is mustard fried. And whenever you ordered mustard fried on the Patty you automatically get pickle. And it comes with gnarly grilled onions which taste very good. On top of that it comes with extra spread and top of the lettuce. But of course is other ways to order your burger. Animal style just happens to be my personal favorite. And now that we're talking about animal style, don't forget you can also order the fries animal style. Which basically means that you get an order of fries with two melted cheese grilled onions and spread on top. Definitely the way to go if you're feeling extra hungry. But we can mention all this great food without mentioning their milkshakes. I understand that the milkshakes and made from real ice cream. And it's my personal favorite too. You can choose from chocolate vanilla or strawberry. But if you get creative you can also order a Neapolitan all three flavors. I would also like to add that the prices are always great here in and out burger. For the amount of quality food that they serve. And excellent customer service they provide. You really can't beat the prices. Especially being in California. Ultimately, I want to give special thanks to everyone who works very hard on keeping in and out a wholesome environment. It is no surprise that this company In-N-Out Burger, is well known as a Christian loving organization. I would like to point out that when you order a drink, at the bottom of the Cups there's a verse from the Bible. John 3:16 ?
This in n out is great if you have one of those late night tendencies for a burger. I would try to stay away from their peak hours though. The line tends to get a bit long but if you do go you should be through it in like 30 to 40mins. Try coming through the north end of the street that way you don't have to worry about oncoming traffic with that left turn.
Delicious absolutely divine this San Fernando in and out his being here all my life I can remember coming here as a little child 50 years ago. Back then the hamburgers or a 1.25. my grandfather used to give us five dollars for me my brother and my cousin and would still have change leftovers. It's so refreshing to see that they finally have a indoor sit-down dining area and I have expanded the drive-thru like always the lines are always been long at this in and out.
I loved almost everything out there. Amazingly delicious burgers. It is always on the top of my list whenever I craved for tasty snacks. Donuts are also pretty good.
Love coming to this In n Out. Burgers always look neat and are good, unlike other locations where they look and taste sloppy. The lettuce and pickles are always crunchy and not soggy like other places. Always taste fresh. Thank you to the great staff as well for always getting the orders right, they deserve more.
Waited in line for about 40 minutes on a Friday night at midnight. They ran out of spread packets. My animal style burger had almost an undetectable smidge of spread. My husband's had so many pickles in it that it made the burger soggy and it fell apart. Fries were meh. The one in our town is so much better.
Burgers and more burgers. Hot fries that never make it to your destination. Great milkshakes. Normally there's a long line of cars that go as far back to the 5N Fwy entrance. If you have time it's nice to wait outside in your car and see the many cars and sometimes a car from your past that reminds you of a good memory. There's usually 1-2 employees outside taking your order so things move pretty quickly. Plenty of parking so you can sit in your car and enjoy your meal especially if you order from inside which is pretty quick. Inside and outside dining. Great team of employees working together to get you in-n-out. Area is always clean and there is nice greenery with the small palm trees and other landscaping plants. Friendly team!ps... you can order your burger wrapped in lettuce opposed to the bun. You can order animal fries which are drenched in their sauce and options of grilled onions and cheese if you like. They do have sauce in packets if you need extra.
As usual, Inn N Out is always fresh, and never disappointing! Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded when I went. Love that they are open late night for that midnight bite to eat!
Make sure you get in line from the same side of the street instead of turning into the drive thru. Odds are you won't be able to turn in and it's such a hassle. Good food once you order tho and quick!
