Well we were absolutely amazed as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere is great, like an old school diner. But the food, the food is absolutely the best. We would recommend splitting the pancake stacks as they are large!! But also order other items on the side. You would not be disappointed. The menu was great, the service was great and the food absolutely beautiful. Must visit if you are in LA and want American Brunch/Breakfast
This is my second time coming here. The first time was back during covid-19. I had a breakfast burrito and pancakes. It was good and the prices were reasonable. Today it was mother's day weekend so it was a bad time to come. I dine in by myself since I celebrated mother's day one day before (Saturday). I waited a little more than 30 minutes.Once I got seated the server came and took my order. I ended up ordering the 3 meat platter and swapped the pancakes for French Toast instead. Also she asked if I wanted home potatoes or hash brown. Not realizing until my bill came that the was almost 5.25 extra. They should tell you in advance that's an additional charge. The breakfast to be honest was ok. The sausages weren't fully cooked n the potatoes were super dry. I did enjoy the French Toast it was very delicious. I'll try to come back and give this place another chance.

If you like Dennis or IHOP but want quality and tasty food this is the place. This is the type of place locals come to. Great food and quality. If you come early there is no wait time. We get here before 8 am and we never have to wait. We keep our order very simple and it’s still tasty and filling. Prices are also reasonable. Staff has been pleasant. And facility is clean and well kept.

We are from Arizona and are on our back. We wanted some good breakfast and they exceeded our expectations. The young nice waiter was not only so extremely friendly but recommended us the almond encrusted French toast. Let me tell you the best French toast ever!!! The service given by this young Hispanic lady was just so welcoming and on point. So if we are ever in the area again . We will definitely be back . Oh and the chilaquiles were also delicious!!

The hand written sign on the front door says Dine in- sign in. After you sign in, Vaccine card and Picture I. D. All you want is pancakes ! instead your received to an assigned table after showing your proper papers . It is really a unwelcomed thyme here and quite un easy . Our family split one order of cakes as we did not want to spend our money here. To bad as the cakes were quite tasty .
Love this place… the almond French toast is heavenly. Their delivery is ahhhmaazing…. My food is delivered fast and it’s still hot by time I get it. I get to enjoy my food ? today I had the bacon breakfast burrito with home fries and it was heavenly.
My family and I have been coming to Heavenly Pancakes for the great food, fair prices and excellent service for years. The dining room isn't too big so if you're coming on a weekend or in the morning be prepared to wait for a bit. Besides a well worth it wait, there is not too much you can complain about with this beloved staple of San Fernando.
