Pollo loco good healthy food but is my first time i got a hair in my burrito was the wrong one i ordered avocado one they gave me chipotle i was going to eat it but then that f hair took it back i told them tgey replaced but after 15 min. Waiting gHad to tell them that i was still wainting for it
I bought a chicken tostada and was about to start eating when I noticed a dead fly inside my food. I got my money back and all they said was sorry. So disappointed in their food!
Unfortunately I've been here several times and ordered burritos and salads. I didn't ask for a fork but how can one eat a salad otherwise, which our fingers? The burrito is usually torn in the center and always falling apart. I've given multiple chances before giving a review and have had the same happen each time. Please do better
Burnt chicken for $30 for 2 two piece meals. Horrible. Find another Pollo Loco. Ask for not tiny, non burnt pieces.
Sometimes their chicken it's well cooked and there fast but not eniugh!
It's my favorite chicken place but lately a funny flavor has shown in the chicken. Maybe there has been a change in the marinate.
Made an order online, thinking it’d be easy and convenient. It wasn’t ready when I had arrive a few minutes after the specified time, which is not that big of a deal but they didn’t seem to know what was in my order at all. They kept asking me and still kept leaving out a lot of items I had to continually ask for. I had also ordered a large sprite which they had no large cups and received a small Diet Coke instead. Overall the food wasn’t that great, the beans were mostly liquid the rice burned and didn’t get the sauces I had asked for. Poor service.
The drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside. They only had breast and wings so I had to wait more than 25 minutes for my order I was going to use one of my digital coupons but sister didn't have leg and thighs I lost that coupon. The staff weren't friendly maybe because they were overwhelmed but they should try to give good customer service since we have to wait a long time and it's not our fault they are super busy.
