Order a chicken avocado burrito and a chicken salad ,the burrito came with no avocado like four pieces of chicken no beans the burrito was mostly all cabbage, the chicken salad was mostly lettuce no sour cream no Pico de Gallo gave it one star cause you don't have the option to give it 0 stars will never eat at Pollo Loco again I'm going to McDonald's even if it not healthy
I see these on tv n they look good but after picking up our food n seeing this... Sad sad, I pray for the person who prepared this order. I hope feels better at the end of the shift. Hopefully next time I can get some taquitos as the ad shows.
This place is good til when you ask for no gravy. But half way of mac n cheese and mash really? Not only that..it seems like they aren't giving any Receipts..
If you're looking for vegetarian options, then order the double chicken tostada bowl. We ordered two of them and they looked like this. We recently moved into the area and this was out first time ordering from this location. We ordered a burrito as well and it wasn't good at all but when you haven't eaten all day you don't want to go back for a refund.
The food was really good, and their teamwork was amazing. We had a really big order, and they were getting orders out pretty swiftly. I'll def be going back..

This place is very dirty. the garbage container is all dirty with flies near the drive thru ... I ordered a double toast salad and they put little chicken on me, the meat is tough and dry and the avocado is spoiled. It is my last time I go to this place.

We visited this restaurant and during our meal I had to use the toilet and it was extremely filthy, not just toilet paper on the floor but the base of the toilet had not been attempted to be cleaned for quite some time.I wonder if any of the rest of this location was cleaned. We left shortly after ward. The temperature of this place was above freezing. So make sure to wear winter clothes
