Gin, vermouth, olives, mix. Proper wheelchair on ice. When I arrived at this establishment, I came to have a martini and take part in old Hollywood. I struck up a conversation with two old timers who have been here for 40 years. I hope you find these two and have forgotten their names after a few martinis too. Two is a lot, three is fun.
It's usually a great place we never usually have a problem but unfortunately this time we came to eat there was seating right away but no kids menus apparently they ran out and haven't made more the ice cream machine didn't work so there was no milk or milk shakes then we tried to order dessert no desserts of any kind either... They brought our drinks rt away but took them an hour to bring the food my kids were restless and hungry smh...
WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!!The guy "in charge " so what it seems , I can tell he hates his job & it seems like his own employees are scared of him I feel terribly sorry for the workers , our waitress was nice but our food was COLD most of it tasted microwaved or under cooked I'm not sure who they got back there cooking but they don't know what they're doing.There was only 1 plate that came out how it should . I don't criticize any food place but WOW !!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !! Service was TERRIBLE!

Very poor service. Waited almost 30 minutes for partial order and another 15 for the rest. Management needs help.
If I could give a negative star , I would. Service is terrible.
I looked online at their 55 and over menu and they were offering a turkey dinner, i ordered it online, it said it would be ready between 18-26 minutes. I get there to pick it up and noticed that the turkey dinner was not on their menu. I asked the gentleman up front to see if they we're offering it and he rude'ly said "if it's online that means we have". I patiently waited an additional 25 minutes and asked if my order was almost ready, that's when i was told "oh I'm sorry but we don't have turkey dinners at this time". I asked for the manager and and explained to her that i did ask when i got there and was told they did have it, she asked if i would like something else and i asked for a refund instead. I asked for a refund receipt and was told that they don't give refund receipt's and that the money would be refunded within 7 days. I said ok, I'll order something else. I ordered grilled chicken with vegetables and mashed potatoes. I waited an additional 15 minutes and they bring my order, I decided to look into the bag and it was a hamburger with mashed potatoes. I asked for the manager and she apologized for the mix up. By this time i was just frustrated. I had to wait 15 extra minutes for them to get the order right.

20 mins to get a drink order, another 20 mins to get drinks to us and another 30 mins to finally get our food...manger is horrible and says theyre busy, our waiter had 3 tables to serve. 3 other tables arrived right after us, ate and left before we got our food. Manager is a joke to excuse the wait time. Do not recommend. Go to ihop down the street.
