I walked in and went straight to the cashier. I was the only one in line. The young girl who appeared to be the cashier glanced at me and ignored me and continue to fill some orders. I could see 5 to 6 employees. They all looked at me and ignored me. One walked by, and I asked her If anyone is working the cashier ? She looked at another girl ( the one I assumed was the cashier ), and she said it will be a second. The "Cashier" came up near me about 3 times and never acknowledged me. She just kept her back to me most of the time as she continued filling orders. 2 employees appeared to be doing nothing ? She could have stopped just for a second to acknowledge me, or quickly take my order. After what felt like forever, I angrily left. Thinking, I am never coming back ! I love Popeye's, but not that much !

For a new store, I was unimpressed. On my first visit I found the food OK, not served hot, just warm. Cane’s and Chik-Fil-A are better.I had the classic chicken sandwich. Many of the dining tables needed clean up.I would recommend going to the other “chicken” stores first.

When arriving at the establishment it was fairly empty. The line to wait was a minute or less. I was kinda of concerned because I find myself usually waiting 20 to 30 minutes when at a Popeyes establishment and I don’t mind because I don’t want my food rushed, especially chicken. The service was great, as soon as I got my receipt my food was bagged and ready to go. Overall great and food tasted great as always.

Waited in drive through for 12 minutes to get to the order kiosk only to find a sign that said no chicken sandwiches and with no way out of the line we were stuck. General Manager Danny said the reason why the sign was not posted back at the start of the line was that they didn't want people to leave, they want people to order something else. Now I understand their poor rating...no need to visit this location ever again.

Drive thru was very slow. Person at window was pleasant and polite. Portion for shrimp tackle box was adequate for the price. Taste was good, however, they ran out of cocktail sauce ... very disappointing.

Advertised and menu posted fish sandwich, primary reason for visiting, was a NO SHOW AT TIME OF ORDERING. Counter service employee informed (poorly) that the fish sandwich was not available. I had just stood in line for 10 minutes, waiting to place my order for my family, watching the menu board display the fish sandwich, when I was told the fish sandwich was not available. This item was first on my list to order as it was for my disabled wife. I asked if it would be available within a few minutes, as I thought more needed to be prepared. The counter person was overwhelmed trying to answer my inquiry. Eventually calling over someone else who explained that it was a promotional item and no longer available. POPEYES, not a good place to put your service level and customer relations. BE GOOD TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS and at least post a sign on the menu board about discontinued "Promotional " items. Or, even better TAKE IT OFF the menu, with a small notice of no longer available. POPEYES, if you want to compete with the big boys, start acting like an adult. Don't get mad, we still love you.

Location: good, Parking: Good, Service: Fine, Price for food received: normal. Overall first time at this location chain. It was pretty empty which was okay. Took a bit to get our order. My son was hoping for better as he tried the Cajun fries and felt they had lost something. I have had the chicken a few times and felt the spicy was okay but nothing different. Been there, done that...next...

Drive thru speaker and microphone are facing street and freeway traffic. It’s very difficult to communicate with all the traffice noise during rush hours. It took more than 45 minutes to get my order and they are not even busy. I’m very disappointed with this location.

Huge props to how well the staff handle being a new location that gets packed with customers. They are always quick to fix any mistakes and the food is bussin

I’ve gone to this location 3 times now. The first time was great. The second time my drink was wrong and my side was NOT what I ordered and the chicken was like a folded over taco which wasn’t cooked well. The third time.. I ordered two chicken sandwich combos one with Mac the other with fries and an extra side of Mac and cheese. I received 1 chicken sandwich with coleslaw, a 2 piece chicken box and a box of chicken tenders?? This location is horrible and the people working are unbelievably rude.
