Cleanliness was good, food was less than desirable, especially at 32 bucks for two (cold)chicken sandwiches, two small drinks and a bag of chips for each. No ice at the dispenser. One good thing is it didn’t cost me anything, I’m using all my gift cards that i’ve amassed in my junk drawer over the last 20 something years. And as i promised from my Dog Haus review, I did not tip prior to trying my food.

as a panera rewards customer I find my self at a nearby panera at least 5 times a month. I've never been unsatisfactory with there customer service and the overall quality of their delicious menu items . Today was my first time visiting this location and all I can say is the atmosphere in there was unwholesome. I had a long wait at the counter without being attended to .I ended up just getting out of the line attempting to purchase a gift card . The dining area was met by a huge stack of used & unwashed dishes that was kind of hard to ignore as you ate . All throughout the store there was these big piles of these unwashed dishes. Inventory on the counters made the counter look unappealing

A bit pricey. Delicious food. Great service

You can eat inside if you wish. They have a patio to eat outdoors. Music is relaxing. Sandwiches are good. Salads are a little heavy with the dressing. Bread and brownies are hard to the touch.

My wife and I each ordered the Margerhita pizza.10.99 x 2. It was as dry as the cardboard box it came in. We would have had more luck with one large Albertson frozen pizza for 3.99. A disappointing waste of money and time. Does anybody test-market this stuff? Do they deem it good enough? I give it one star because there's no option for no star. Even when a place isn't very good I don't usually feel compelled to write a bad review, but this was way beyond acceptable.

Service was 3 star. Cleanliness 4 star. Meal was 2 for the cost and taste. We spent $40 and got a half turkey club, bowl of chili, blue berry scone, and green tea for one person and a half a mac n cheese sandwich, cob salad with frozen meat and frozen egg, refrigerated brownie and green tea. We took back the salad as the greens were sour and wilted traded for a bowl of soup that was okay but clearly Cambles chunky chicken soup and they through in a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was dry and hard. Save your money and go to coworker Bakery or Chlis.

I went there to have a bowl of soup. I ordered French onion soup, which the girl said came with bread. When I picked it up from the window, The bowl was only 1/2 full of soup. And the guy in the kitchen said they were all out of bread: I had a choice of potato chips or an apple. The soup had 4 croutons & a few shavings of cheese. I said about the soup being only 12/ a bowl. He said it was a measured amount (3 scoops). I ate it & was still hungry. Not coming here again.

Always delish! Love being able to use the kiosk so you don’t have to wait in line !

Bread is hard as rock. Not very friendly and tables dirty along with area where you dispose of table dishes was full and all over a mess. Must be short staffed? Sad shape in San Dimas Sorry Panera

Fast service, delish food. Love this place
