The automated employee taking your order cannot get it right then you still have to deal with the employee at the window to correct the problem. How many times this year are you going to raise your prices? Then you give less food. Is there a shortage now of fortune cookies because the last two times I visited your drive-thru they did not put any in my bag?
This is a panda location with a drive thru that shares a parking lot with Costco. If that doesn't scare you off...The staff were friendly but not as attentive as they would have been without the drive thru aspect. There was a hectic quality to the place that I could only assume was a result of having to deal with customers from all sides. They definitely earn their wages.Food was great, staff were friendly as is usually the case with Panda. Location wise... I'm unlikely to go back just because I hate navigating streets within two blocks of a Costco.
Very kind manager. Took my large church group and was very accommodating. Tasty food.
Worst customer service.Panda Express do not want to let customer it inside of the dine in area. They expect customer to eat in their car.

Never order drive thru.Panda is known for charging a lot and not putting enough on your plate. Go inside and tell them what you want.I ordered rice with kung pao chicken and gtilled teriyaki chicken.I literally got 3 pcs of grilled teriyaki chicken (with no teriyaki sauce) i guess unless you tell them they don't put teriyaki sauce on it and nether they ask if you want?Cmon man? You're offering teriyaki without teriyaki?Next kung pao costs extra, i think dollar 1/2 and i literally got 2 pcs of chicken and the rest was nuts and veggies.Corporate need to take action this is ridiculous. Not only this store, most of them!!!!

The food was great, BUT they ran out of chopsticks and teriyaki sauce!!!
