Our visit was amazing! First time here after Sunday service. Wait was supposed to be an hour and were seated in 30 mins (party of 9) Food was great, didn't wait a long time to receive our warm food and fresh salad. Vanessa, our server was a delight. She was attentive and had great customer service. We didn't feel rushed. Location is clean with the exception on both restrooms, they needed some TLC. Overall, we would come back.
We went here last night to get food to go and the young lady was nice nasty but I thought because we were old enough to be her mother didn't think we comprehended her nice nasty. We asked for the $6 side that's cold but she charged us for the full meal and I guess assumed we wouldn't notice ?Well, my sister let them know about the mistake and the manager was just as RUDE and not to mention he let one of his friends or person of his race go before others, and I didn't say a word because it was none of my business, but this being rude because you're not of their nationality is a sad state and needs to stop.Then on the receipt, it had Amy but Bianca was the one that took our order and Amy tried to justify the situation because her name was on the receipt and I'm sure she didn't want a bad review. I'm pretty sure the person whose name is printed out on the cash register is the one that should ring up people in case something like this happens again.Then my sister dropped me off at my house and I open my salad this salad is old some of the lettuce is brown and a spoonful of meat sauce on the spaghetti ???. If I could give a ZERO I would.
We have visited this location many times and usually very good service. This last trip was very disappointing. The server seemed very distracted and acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. The food was below average and cold. Refills on the salad and soup took forever. We will try again another time because in the past it was much better.
First time there. I enjoyed the moment. The ft desk staff wasn't so polished yet my waiter made all the difference . she gets 5 stars
Love love love this place ❤ The salad was exceptional today ... fresh crisp lettuce ?. Just a little bit disappointed with the minestrone soup today, had a little too much tomato chunks, but normally exceptional! Service was very good!I'll be back again soon!!
Waitress are very attentive. Best Olive Garden I've gone too. I never have to wait more than 5 mintues. It's clean and food is delicious.
Olive garden is my favorite to go place for some good Italian food. Enrique who was serving us today was best at what he does. He was so attentive and on top of everything. Loved his service. Thank you for great time.
We ordered for pick up and the girl who brought our oder out was polite and very accommodating. And the food was delicious.
Normally good food but maybe not when too busy. Had some poor quality soup and pasta today. But it's normally good when I come so it's probably because they were busy this time and so things were not so great.
