Went through the drive through, they told me it was CASH ONLY. I had cash so it was okay. Then I handed them $10 for 2, 2 for $3.25s. Should have been roughly $7-8. They gave me a dollar and a few Pennies back in change. When I asked to see me receipt the employee told me they don’t give receipts when it’s cash only! Very unhappy with not being able to see how much I paid for my meal and how much change I was supposed to be given back.Chicken sandwiches were cold and stale. Ice cream machine wasn’t working. Surprise surprise. Staff was very unfriendly. ??
Went here yesterday, 04/04/2022, for a $2 Big Mac. Had not had one for more then 3 years. I could not believe how think the meat patties were! Looked to be less then 1/8" thick & dry. Bottom bun was a bun from the middle! I pointed it out to the female manager who did not seem to care! Her answer " sometimes it happens"! My fries were dumped across my napkins covering them in grease! Fries seemed thinker & dry from last time I had them 2 months ago! What a waste of money! Burger was dry & had no flavor & I even asked for extra pickles & spread! Will never get another burger here! See pictures!
I've gotten to Hate McDonald's now. Their app used to give me stuff all the time but not any more the app now sucks and does nothing but glitch out all the time. I waited for 30 minutes in line there for food that should've been preprepared before it was even ordered. Everything on the dollar menu should already be ready if you ask me.
If I could give this McDonald's 0/5 stars, I would! I went earlier today through the drive thru and the employees were SO rude. I waited in line like everyone else, and apart from taking a long time to get to us customers, when I pulled up to the window, the employees were fooling around instead of doing their job. When I confronted them about it, this specific employee gave me attitude and basically laughed in my face. His name is Isiah. I really hope no one else experiences the disrespect from these employees and that some kind of disciplinary action is done because this kind of attitude should not be tolerated. I for sure will never be going back and I definitely do not recommend thid McDonald's restaurant to anyone.

McDonald's is becoming the worst place to deliver for consistent on-time food.It makes zero sense to require cash only at 11:30pm nightly and prohibit and preventand block debit card transactions. It makes zero sense to "reset for the next day" because Jack, Carl, and Alberto certainly don't need to. Ronnie is the ONLY one doing it. There is now a longer drive thru wait here than anywhere else. Shouldn't take 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. They're definitely not SpeeDee nowadays, especially at San Dimas location.
There is an older woman with grey hair working there treating the employees terribly. While I was waiting in line I could hear her talking down to another employee being vulgar and disrespectful toward her for no reason at all. Got my food and my fries and sauce were missing. Will never go here again and you shouldn’t either.
I should know better. But, live n learn. Only thing I'll get at any MCDs is migraine coke. Yes, it works.
All they have is red meat or fried chicken sandwiches an that new menu that they the surf wht ever it is ?don't care for that I wish they would bring back their wraps..
I used to like McDonald's. I use the app and was able to actually rack up points and get alot of free stuff. But then the app got to really messing up. Cost me all my over 2,000 points one time. It told me to get my chicken sandwich but once at the counter the worker said it didn't go through. Why back to the app all my points were gone so then where did they go? I try to add a payment plan with my debit card and everytime I would try to check out it sent me in circles. So I'm done with McDonald's. There are too many other options than having to deal with that kind of a head ache for that kind of menu.
