The donuts here are never fresh in the pm. I've been here a few times and they make donuts in the am and hope it's enough to run the whole day. So by the time you go in after 12pm you get donuts that are just so so and not fresh. I don't like coming here and only do it when we are near and need to. Other wise I have to travel a great distance to get them. Old donuts are gross especially Krispy kremes.
Usually buy Donuts from here and no issue staff is friendly and professional. Today my wife who wears a hijab and mom went in alone to buy a six pack around 2 pm. The staff (who were all white) this time around ignores them completely. No greeting, no wait a second, nothing. One guy even walked right up to them and just shelved some donuts and walked away. The cashier made eye contact and then turned away. Every single worker acted like my wife and mom didn't exist even after making eye contact with them. Disgusted with their behavior. The shelves were all fully stocked with donuts. I guess they were holding onto them for customers they could actually see.
The doughnuts are good when fresh. Warning! Don't use their app. I'm one of hundreds of customers that got money debited from my checking account without authorization nor notification and not transferred to my app. In other words STOLEN from my checking account. Their own rep accidently mentioned this to me. I only caught it when double checking my statement and activity. And didn't want to return funds but give me the $10 credit for doughnuts instead of putting the money back and never offered a dime credit for the huge inconvenience. Shysters of that I've no doubt
Always the best donut but my opinion is only the glazed donut is good. The others are a little dry from seating too long and donuts kind of dry. They should also make a plain donut available for the diet consumer. Yes it's a weird suggestion but the consumer might want that.
Over twenty minutes in line and then they refuse to honor the coupon emailed by corporate. I've contacted LA county weights and measures and reported them for this infraction
Great donuts, great service and love the drive thruPrice, not so much. When did they get so expensive. About $11.50 for 6 donuts. I guess I should have gotten the full dozen for a few bucks more. Oh well. Definitely tasted fresh and hit the spot so still a happy camper. Will have to bring some friends or look for coupons on the next trip :) note: i still offered a couple bucks tip, but they wouldn’t accept it. Said they can’t. I respect that.
The donuts were good but cold I went around 8 but the whole point is that they are always warm

Horrible! Asked for a frozen mocha caramel I was given iced coffee I asked for a large drink and it looked very small. Asked for my money back the 3 stars are because their doughnuts are excellent. Or else no stars
Loved our Holiday tradition of Christmas Lighting and than having the BEST FRESHEST DONUTS in town!!! Also, treated the Sunday School children with a dozen of Holiday Assortment. Were they Happy and felt special!! The taste of fresh cream filled donuts with blue icing and sugar crystals and a dab of with and a penguin on top takes me away to a Holiday Wonderland!! I loved the sensation of the sugar crystals on my tongue and the whip on my lips!!!
