Chicken sandwich was fresh and the guys were kind, but most other times, the beef is so cold and the ladies are gross and rude.
A little more expensive than the Jack in the Box down the road in covina, but better service and fresher food usually.Pandemic has slowed service to a crawl, but thats literally every restaurant right now, so not faulting them.

Most consistent fast food location I've been to. Always friendly, prompt, and the food is consistently prepared each time. All wins for a large fast food chain. Taste wise - it's Jack in the Box.
Food is great but today staff seemed lost, i didn't complain because it's Christmas day. But please get it together with customer service please
Good Service. They have to Coke Machine with hundreds of different combinations of sodas.
Walk in,no body at the order area, the girl taking it drive thru orders saw us standing there at least three times and just invited us, she walked and said what do you want,we told her,she snapped we're out of that and just turned around and walked away and didn't even ask if we wanted anything else.
Yea the service wasn't anything extraordinary but hey I come here again for the iced coffee & egg roll! And the yummy taco sauce! I wish they'd sell it at supermarkets.
Ordered two burgers and a meal. They handed me a bag and told me to have a good night. Drinking away I realized they didn't give me a burger and fries. Tried to walk in, but they locked the doors for Covid. Had to wait through the long drive thru line again. Guy tells me he told me to hold on before I left, but it was clearly a goodbye. Like how he tries to pass off his mistake as mine.
The person that took our order in drive thru forgot my husbands chicken nuggets. The fries were cold and hard and there was no onion rings really bad service to serve your paying customers horrible food
