Went dine in to this El Pollo Loco facility for the first time today, very good area, clean facility, food is good just like I expected, giving them 3 stars due to their costumers service is so poor, we are not expecting a royal treatment but we deserve a decent one, unlike the one in Valley Blvd, Walnut giving my 5 stars to that facility, good area, clean facility, good food, and a very good costumers service, as well as the one in 19th street Upland, too bad the one in Foothill Upland closed out, hopefully it will reopen again soon.
I love this location, much better than the El Pollo Loco down on Badillo which is terrible in comparison. I’ve only had a few issues with this one where they gave me the wrong dish, but they usually rectify this fast if you point this out to them. Sometimes their card machine goes down so if you see no one in the drive thru, just know that they most likely are cash only that day!
Chicken tostada Salad made with 95% lettuce, a clump of cheese, and what looked like leftover chicken, beans, and rice from a half eaten burrito. Not the first bad experience here, this location has gone to s*** within the last couple months. Gave it another try, but wont again.
Worst tasting chicken i have ever tried in my life. No flavor with pretty much all bones. I tried to feed it to my cat he pretty much eats everything he didn't even like it ?
I'm really disappointed that el pollo loco is no longer selling the vegan chickenless pollo burrito!
Really good double chicken salad.
Slowest service drive thru and inside pick up. Sometimes I see a lot of staff and they're not coordinated. I try to go inside, no one there but still wait as long as the drive-thru. Really disappointed with the wait times. Go elsewhere if your time is limited to wait for food.
Always 35 to 40 minutes wait minimum whether drive thru or in store also whether order online or in store...meaning they never make your food till you show up...thats the deal.
Service is a total joke . Its just horrible. I waited in front of the register for almost 10 minutes while the employees behind the counter scrambled around. They'd look at me and would just keep ignoring me. Worst service ever.
