Up til recently this has been an awesome store with phenomenal quality and service. I've come to count on them for delivery and carry out and they had always been the best. Until a few months ago: they've been closed during prime dinner time. My son and I have tried to order and cannot. The staff state they are understaffed and that they must close early certain nights. Only thing is, we don't know when. These poor workers are busting their hydes to do their best but with only a few people they cannot possible meet the demands of the customer base that has cultivated over a very long time. And they've been incredibly polite under such strain. Their morale is low and clearly they want to leave. This means less open hours. What happened? As for right now, I have been at the store over an hour and it will be another 15 to 20 before my order is ready. But then how can I pay cash? The doors are locked and when you call you have to listen to the long greeting describing the menu. But that's the only way. I will continue sticking with the store. Not losing faith they will return to the standards they held not long ago. My son loves this pizza and I promised him Dominos tonight soni am waiting.
Apparently they were understaffed. I ordered and was told to pick up in 40 minutes. When i got there i had to wait 20 minutes only to be told they had given mynorder to someone else. I was offered a different order or waiting for them to remake mine.
I tried calling to place an order and it immediately hung up. The hours are not updated on their automated message system. I drove to the location and this was posted.
Recently their service has been awful. Randomly closed when they should be open. Online ordering goes down frequently. They don’t pick up their phones. It’s like they don’t want business.
Worst place ever, wrong order, charged us for things we didn’t order and were very rude. I won’t be going back
Best Domino’s store out there! I can taste the freshness of the pizza from orders we have placed. Friendly staff all around!

Ordered a large pizza for curbside pickup at the Domino’s outlet in Foothill Blvd, San Dimas through the mobile app. When the app stated that the pizza a was ready, I drove in and parked at the 1st slot on the 2nd row of the parking slots. The 2 minute countdown started at 3:58; with a notice thatThe pizza should be delivered by 4:00pm. However, the timer for the countdown stopped at 49 seconds; and the pizza wasn’t delivered by 4:01pm. I called ip the store to ask where my pizza was at 4:01pm. The pizza finally was given to me by 4:03pm…. Way past the 2 minutes guaranteed delivery…. How come I wasn’t offered the free pizza?
I have a big event tomorrow and called Domino's in San Dimas. They were very helpful and explained I can pre-order on-line and still get all the same great deals. Great customer service!
To me I would not do it again if I had to pay more than $6 for this so called thin crust. It was way beyond what thin should ever be
