Usually I get good service from del taco in San dimas, but tonight’s ( Wednesday April 27,2022) the crew was incompetent and messed up my order more then ever.. I ordered a bun taco and got a tostado, ordered and del beef combo burrito, got a del taco ordered small fries got them but looked and tasted like they had sat in the tray all day, ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheese quesadilla, the cheese one was cold. They never repeated my order to me.. and never got a receipt. it was the one time I didn’t check the order… when I called to tell them about the order.. she told me that’s what you order!!! Never will I go back on a Wednesday night with that crew!!
Went to just get some large fries. Instead for some reason they gave me carne asada fries. I have no idea how anyone confuses normal fries for that. Not going back again
This Del Taco always has served me fast, GOOD, inexpensive food. I LOVE the views from this one's windows, & eating on their patio is a delight with the mountain views! I've always found the staff to be friendly & efficient.
Horrible del taco location.You'd be better off at Carls right next to it.They also have burritos.You will drive off disappointed.
Food was stale. Somewhat warm fries on top of old stale fries. Order wasn't complete. Horrible experience.
Great selection of food, great prices. Fast service, friendly associates. Love carne asada fries. Just tried tamales - good - 2 for $4.00.
Food was great, service not so good. Normally this location has great food, fast service, and nice employees. Not sure what the problem was last night other than there was only two employees working in the whole store. The lobby was locked up by 630pm and nobody would even look at us when we were at the front door. No sign in the door letting people know the lobby was closed. Disappointed last night with the service and they forgot two of our food items that we paid for.
Out of what I normally order. Slow. Mask not worn properly. I would give 2 stars because, food was hot at least. Seems like they are very casual in fulfilling orders.
Hands-down the slowest Del Taco in Southern California, whether it's busy or not. If it's busy, you'll wait here longer than you will at McDonald's across the way with 12 cars in line. 5 cars in line here after 10pm? 25 minute wait MINIMUM.
