Portions for meat are very stingy, way over priced for what they give you. They food was good, and so was the service. What provoked the one stare review was the cockroach on the floor when I went to pay. Employee saw it too. They didn't seem surprised.I won't be coming back anytime soon. You'll get more for less making your own food and it will be more sanitary
The person who made the Burrito was very stingy in the amount of each item she put in the burrito. Even for items you pay extra for, like sour cream, I do NOT think that tiny drizzle was worth .59.When I asked for lettuce inside the burrito, I was told, "We don't put lettuce inside, only on the side after it's cooked." I guess I'm out of luck if I would like lettuce in the burrito :(Imo, the food was NOT worth the price.
Based on the reviews we decided to get something to eat.It was the worst food i had in several years...I got a quesadilla and my wife got a burrito...What can I say, if you can't make this right you shouldn't run a restaurant.The flour tortillas were cold, the food was really salty well i don't think that i will ever be back.
Just received my order from door dash. This place really has gone down. Food was luke warm. Rice was kinda still hard ? enchiladas barely had meat
I went to get lunch for my boyfriend and myself today and had such a great experience! It’s been some time now that I’ve receive such quality service! The two lovely ladies helping me were extremely fast, knowledge full, and very helpful with preparing my order. Then thee sweetest lady I’ve had the pleasure of knowing helped me with checking out, such sweet and friendly customer service! If I could I’d give them a 6/5 stars! Like I’ve stated before it’s been quite some time since I’ve had such friendly and fast service!
Food I'd good, but depending on who's working will determine how selfish or gracious the servings are...could be more consistent in that aspect.

This is my first time here at this restaurant. It's 67° outside and I walk in the restaurant and it was freezing cold. It was about 5:30 in the late afternoon and there was only about three other parties in there. The staff was not friendly at all. Made me feel as though I was making them have to work. Food had looked as though had been sitting for quite some time. I guess since they weren't busy It had been sitting for quite some time. You would think at that time of the evening or late afternoon it would be quite busy because it's dinner time. I ordered a chicken taco and I got the bottom of the barrel literally. The guacamole with black around the edges and was not very desirable. As I paid for my order I told the gentleman that I wanted a soft drink which evidently he did not hear me say So I had to reorder it. I did leave a tip because I felt sorry for them. But since I had to reorder my soft drink, I felt like taking that tip back because he was not paying attention to what I was saying. He was too busy looking around. My advice would be make the restaurant a little bit warmer at least comfortable not so cold since I did have to go outside and froze to death out there also. Trash can in the patio was full to the brim. The prices were horrendous. For one burrito with just black beans was $11. Ridiculous. I go to Chipotle and they charge me for tortilla and a bowl of black beans which comes to less than $5. I don't think I will ever come back to this restaurant. Too cold inside the workers were not pleasant and did not pay any attention to you and the prices were ridiculous. It's too bad.
Our family loves Cafe Rio and the food at this location is amazing! The guy that works at the register on Tuesday nights consistently has a major attitude and needs lessons in customer service. He should find another job that suits him. Maybe a drill sergeant, or an accountant where he can crunch numbers all day and not have to speak to anyone. His attitude is so bad we sometimes avoid this place even though we are craving it. Everyone else here is very friendly.
I just visited today and store manager named Tony literally told us to not to come to store again. One of his coworker named victor did not make order the way I asked him to make it. When I went back to return my item they did not return me money as well as TOLD ME THAT NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Worse customer service.
