I really enjoyed my dining experience on Mother's Day at Applebee's, and the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere, were outstanding too!???And every time I come to Applebee's I have had a great time! And excellent customer service as well! ?
Everything you expect from Applebee's. No complaints, one of my sister's favorites, so we go there often. Staff is always friendly and professional. I like the bourbon chicken, she always gets the ribs.
An employee did not wash their hands in the bathroom so we left shortly after being seated to drive out of the way to head to another Applebee's. I'm not kidding, the same exact thing happened right after our food was set down at the second location. An employee was in a bathroom stall and left without washing their hands. I saw her preparing drinks. We told managers at both locations. I'm still sickened and in shock. Done with this chain FOREVER. Can you imagine what must happen to the food then?!
Very good service. An all around good experience. We got the two for $30; bourbon chicken and shrimp and the chicken alfredo. Both were very good and we added buffalo chicken which was nice and spicy.
I ordered double crunch bone in wings to go and purchased extra ranch. The food was excellent, as was the server who brought my food out to the van.I was disappointed that the ranch was in small cups. Especially with the extra charge.

My experience at this location wasn’t the best. My husband and I were rushed to order the appetizer as well as the meal all at one time. Our server willie seemed very flustered even though it wasn’t extremely busy. When I ordered it finally come out we asked for fresh fries after seeing the ones that were brought to the table were brown and old. He left for literally 60 seconds and came back with the same fries but hotter. The fries look exactly the same but the temperature changed even though we asked for fresh fries. After dousing ketchup all over the fries we waited for our check after we finished eating which took forever. He was too lazy to print us out a check so he tried to ring us up on the tablet which was frozen. He seem like he had an attitude that he had to even print the check out after giving poor service she would think he had some energy to at least get us out of there . Hopefully the other servers are better but Willie was a nightmare.
Really good food, the waitress wasn't very nice but overall I really nice time there!
Good place to have drink and good food. They are very nice and their drinks and food are great. service is fast and efficient.
Food was delicious..waitress was nice but disappeared. Wanted a to go box but never could get one.
