Family owned and operated. Small, bit that just adds to the family vibe. The atmosphere is nice, with great music (Sinatra type), and the staff and other guests were very friendly. The food was phenomenal and the portions were large. Bread was eternal.
First time there. Got a sausage and peppers sandwich to go. It was good and would order again. Waited inside the restaurant and it really needs a good cleaning.
This restaurant has lost a customer after Angela and one of her young employees kept ignoring me while trying to get an update in regards to an online order that I had placed. Both were very rude when I finally got their attention and acted as if they did me a favor by talking to them. I would give this place zero stars if possible.
If you're looking for amazing Italian food this is the spot! EVERYTHING is homemade (with a history of family recipes), the atmosphere is beyond welcoming & the service is very personable. Give it a try...you won't regret it!
This was the absolute worst meal I have ever paid for, and we eat out A LOT. Service is slow, but post-Covid I wouldn't hold that against a small restaurant if the food was palatable - this was NOT. A few bites into his sausage & peppers my husband realized it was his meal that had been mistakenly delivered to the table behind us. After being partially eaten from & returned (when their correct order arrived) we were served the same dish moments later, with only 4 small pieces of flavorless sausage in it. (This revelation I wish he had shared before I reluctantly choked down half my meal just hoping to leave soon and go back to work). The sugary marinara sauce is what one would expect in a hospital cafeteria and both meals were drenched in it. We politely paid our check and boxed up hubby's dinner, which he promptly tossed in the trash outside by the car. To top it off, tonight was the first time I dined a few feet away from a small dog in a stroller being fed stinky dogfood tableside in a restaurant! An odor made even more unpleasant while eating a bad meal - or maybe the other way around! Too bad she didn't start before our food arrived, we would have left. Coming home from work to learn my husband puked up what little he did eat prompted this review. He picked this restaurant based on good recent reviews, oh how I wish he had taken the time to read them all.
The best Italian food I've tasted since my Italian mom cooked for me...I will return...
Good food, great service, darling quaint place! Love both Angelas! ?
nice staff generous portions old school italian ambiance
had their Alfredo ,best I have had, topped the meal off with an amazing canoli highly recommend .
Absolutely delicious food. Their marinara sauce is as close to homemade as you can get! The minestrone soup is 5 star!! I definitely will be coming back again.
