Amazing meal with foodie friends who dine out often and have been to ALL of San Diego's top restaurants! Kudos and congratulations to the chef and his team who prepared the most delicious plates to share. The food was exceptional, creative and nuanced without being pretentious or fussy. We shared about 10 different places and each was equally delicious. You are our new favorite restaurant, and we can't wait to come back soon!
Great Meal. Sat on patio arrive by Matthew was excellent. Great live music that wasnât too loud. Canât wait to return.
Phenomenal experience. One dish we ordered was nixed by the chef who was unhappy about the quality and wouldnât serve it; the sign of a true professional. They substituted another dish we almost ordered which was fabulous. Top notch service and donât miss ordering an absinthe- great end to the night!

The overall dining experience was average. The hostess âgreetsâ us with a frown, and it took about 10 minutes for us to meet our server and get water. The first impression was pretty unwelcoming, but the meal did get better as it went on. Every dish was outstanding and unique, I would definitely recommend the chicken roulade- it was crisp, juicy and the flavors of the sauces and veggies combined perfectly. Our server was very sweet and attentive with getting our drink orders etc. throughout our meal. The last note iâll add is that it is extremely loud inside the dining room, so much so that you have to nearly shout to talk to the person across from you.

Amazing. The pairings, knowledge, and deliciousness of the menu was off the charts Matthew, and our server, was top notch. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just genuinely nice. He made our experience exponentially better. 5 stars all around for sure. And PS. The exola bread...... Ugggghhhh. So good.
