Outstanding food. You stand in line to order, then the staff brings out the food. A great selection of seafood. You can try fish tacos, or full dinner plates. Outside seating makes for a good vibe. Enjoy!
The view was wonderful. Drinks were pretty good. The mussels were overdone and tough. The salsa was so hot it hurt my chest when I ate it. The waitress never brought a box for leftovers after being asked twice. She was not very friendly.
The view is amazing!! Their upstairs restaurant location has just about a panoramic view of Ocean Beach, right at the tip of Newport. The staff here is as awesome and amazing as one would expect. I have tried a few of their craft cocktails; mostly the vodka infused one's. All utterly delicious. The picture shows their cocktail "#freebritney". The ingredients were alluring and, heck, Go Brit! It was shockingly better than what I thought it would be. Definitely my go-to next time. Their food is always amazing!! I wouldn't suggest the coconut breaded chicken strips, but definitely try it once if it seems delectable to you. I like it, but I thought it would be better. Although, their fresh fish selections of ANY KIND ARE SOOOO SPECTACULAR!!! YUM YUM YUMMM!!! This place is one of my favorite places here in OB. If you're a local... you get it. If you'll be traveling on thru here, it is definitely worth scoping out and having an appetizer and some boozy yum yumms. Have fun!!
The food was SO good and the cocktails on point. Very balanced and all delicious. Will go back as soon as we can! Service was also perfect!
There are several restaurants to choose from near the beach, but this one is one of the best. Wonderland has a great view of waves, great mixed drinks, and delicious food! I ordered the firebird chicken sandwich, while my friends ordered a ban mi sandwich, steamed mussels, and a chicken wrap respectively. We all had good things to say about the food. Everything was seasoned well, plated nicely, and well portioned as well. The view on the 2nd level of the restaurant is awesome. The customer service was great as well. The parking can be challenging in this area, but if you can find street parking near the grass, you won’t have to pay. If you want a spot to stop by after a beach day, this is a great choice. Eat up!!!
Great place to grab a drink or food with an ocean view. Cam, our server, was very nice! I enjoyed the spring rolls. The guac was okay, too “smooth” for my liking, but it’s okay. Drinks were delicious.
One of the best taco’s I have ever had. Nice seating area upstairs with a great view to the sea. Great service! They have a Happy Hour very day from 2-4pm for beers and on the pub menu. Wifi is also available. Definitely will return next time.
Really nice view of the beach. Good beers on tap. Had the Ahi roll and it was solid. No complaints!

We descended on Wonderland with a group of 26 out of town guests for a dinner the night before our wedding. Even at the last minute, Chris was accommodating in meeting our needs to have a space to gather and enjoy great food with an ocean view. The staff took great care of all of our guests and made the evening a delight. Thank you for taking such good care of us, our family and friends. We will definitely be back!
