Awful customer service on a Sunday afternoon at a very busy time staff didn't have anything available and after waiting for 15 min our dog bites were burnt ...
I love eating a lot of their pretzels. The manager told me it’s very healthy. I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger now. For some reason I started to develop a belly. Will check back soon.

A business trip to San Diego saw me spooning about the Westfield shopping complex on a nightly basis, and during one of my excursions, I found myself wandering over to the Wetzel's Pretzels stand.\n\nAlthough I didn't get any food, I did get a large strawberry lemonade, and I was stunned by just how friendly the staff were. They welcomed me not only to the stand, but also to the country. They helped me negotiate the coins I had when paying, and served me quite possibly the largest drink I've ever had in one sitting.\n\nThis bucket of strawberry lemonade hit the spot just right on a warm San Diego evening.

Very poor customer service. Forgot our sauce. Refused to give it when went back to get it. Had to pay again because I didn’t get a receipt. The guy working Rugal or whatever was extremely rude.
