We were served stale pretzels twice now. If you go only go when there is a line/they are busy.
I literally went there with my daughter to get pizza bitz the Arabic guy told me to wait 10 mins I ordered at 2:23 mind you I was the only person there at 2:41 I noticed people that ordered after me received their pizza bits before me. After waiting in the sun for just about 20 mins with a 4 year old I was frustrated. I told the manager I didn’t want it to just refund it he was whispering something to the Latina cashier, she started arguing with me telling me since I wasn’t inside she was serving other people mind you I was IN FRONT OF HER face ! She made eye contact with me and still served the same thing I ordered to someone after me. I told her I didn’t want to go back and fourth & the manager TOLD ME TO SHUT UP… she came behind the cash register! I went outside grabbed my drink and threw it at her and slapped her. They are beyond rude and disrespectful no customer service at all
I came in at 7:25 and they had run out of pretzels and refused to make more. Closing time is at 9.
Wetzel's Pretzels never disappoints, it fill my stomach with warm,fresh, and delicious food. I have ordered the original pretzel with salt, the pizza bits, and their dog bites all with their cheese sauce and let me just say it always hits the right spots.1. Original pretzel2. Pixma bits3. First time visiting the area. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was refreshing to see their attention to customer service. They treated the ppl in front us with patience and care. When it was our turn, my 3 yr old was taking her time but we didn’t feel rushed or anything. We had a good experience and our food was fast and fresh as well.

The pretzels at this Wetzel's are so delicious that they literally melt in your mouth with buttery decadence. Ours were warm, fresh from the oven. *Always request fresh pretzels and be willing to wait a few minutes for it. It's well worth the wait and the difference is astonishing!
