so many burnt items and the cinnamon bites were too doughy
I'm, I went in tonight and bought 2 pizza pretzels and a cup of pretzels mini dogs.... Let me just say every other item was burnt. I mean cajun style... I asked for another cup of pretzels dogs and if he just replaced a couple of the burnt mini dogs and handed me back the cup. It's was not good service at all.
It says open at 8am and I’m here at 9:00am. The door is open and the employees are rolling the pretzels, but they told me they are not open til 10am. Please update your Info. It was a waste of my time and gas.
Wetzels is my sons "must have". Their crumble bits are delicious, especially with the cream dipping sauce ? It was annoying, as it was humid and we had to wait outside due to COVID-19, but it was worth it.
If I could give them Zero stars I would, i don’t rate places ever. But I was very unsatisfied. To start off, I got cinnamon bites with glaze, I took a bite out of my first piece and there was a hair wrapped around it. I went to go show them, not to start any problems i just wanted them to be aware of it. they offered to give me a new bag, I accepted it but out of disgust I couldn’t eat from it. I asked for glaze as well since i dipped the cinnamon bite with hair in my glaze so I wanted a new one, the man there who I assume was the manager, told me it was extra charge, in a rude manner. As well as when i tried to show him the hair he tried to cover it with his thumb, and asked “where is it?” until i picked it out myself.
Typical snack joint, food is good. Was just remodeled. Overall pretty good.
