Basic tourist trap, understaffed and took a really long time, charge extra for any sauce rather then offering it complementary, employees looked overworked and I dont think they had air-conditioning.

PLACE IS TERRIBLEORKIN WAS INSIDE LOOKING AROUND THE COUNTERS LADY WORKING THERE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL THE NEW ITEMS THEY HAD ADVERTISED WAS UNAVAILABLE EMPLOYEE WAS ARGUING WITH CUSTOMER AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW SCREEN. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN OH AND THE WETZELPRETZL WAS UNDERCOOKED STILL HAD SIGN OF WET DOUGH. THEY NEED TO FIND A NEW EMPLOYEE THAT LOVES DOING THE JOB.

Yesterday night I went in to buy, they told me it was going to take 20 minutes to make. They had 4 employees just standing around . After 20 minutes I came back for my food and I was burnt . When I was standing outside I could see them cutting the burnt from the bottom of the hotdog.
Everytime I come here they run out of whatever I want to order and the prices are ridiculous for microwavable food at best. Not a place I will ever go to again
