Probably one of the cutest little places I've ever eaten at. They even have vegan options! I was pleasantly surprised with how quaint the restaurant was and not to mention the server was very sweet and had good recommendations. Very affordable place so I definitely went all out and splurged. I was on vacation when I came here to eat so this was a nice little spot to discover. The atmosphere was cozy and they have Nepalese music playing throughout the venue so it really does add to the ambiance.
My favorite spot for wine and a bite to eat. The ambiance makes you feel like you’re in Europe ??: I’ve never had a glass of wine I didn’t enjoy. They have varieties from all over the world, and they are constantly changing.?: I always get the steak skewers and they are delicious. If you don’t like rare meat I’d ask them to cook it a little more medium.??: the customer service is excellent. There is usually only one woman working, but somehow she’s a ninja and makes it seem like they have 5 people working.?: overall highly recommend for any occasion (with others or alone).
This is the kind of place you dream of having in your neighborhood. The food is amazing and reasonably priced, the atmosphere is fun but not overbearing and the service is fantastic.I loved the South American flavors and especially recommend the Ceviche and the Moqueca. If you’re lucky enough to have Rose as your server, tip her well, she is knowledgeable and a delight.I’m here on vacation but won’t be forgetting this place, would 100% come back.
Cool, dimly lit wine and beer bar full of beautiful people. Boomtown Limelight IPA was great. My friend tried the Moscato. It was good but a little dry for her taste. Appetizers provided from a nearby establishment were fantastic. Try the Spanish tortilla. The old pulley and belt fan system overhead is a neat relic. When you are finished hop across the street to The Soap Factory/Wacko. Lots of fun stuff.
This place is simply amazing!! It’s like simple yet amazing!! Simply amazing!! And I’m not sure what the gig is but every so often there’s bubbles floating down from the sky… I know that sounds crazy but one of the neighbors showers 4th Ave with bubbles and it really adds to the amazing aspect of the joint!!
Delicious, interesting food and great wines and cocktails. The wait staff was very friendly and the ambiance was really nice! I will return the next time I am in San Diego!
Yeah, I know what you're thinking...who goes to a wine bar & not get wine? *Raises hand!* I was detoxing from the night before & decided to forego drinking. My friend still wanted to show me Wet Stone Wine Bar & Cafe, since I've never been. It was packed due to Google I/O, but we managed to find two seats at the bar.
Great little place. Server recommended a really nice red from Portugal. Food was good (blue cheese on cheese platter probably best I've ever had). Definitely would go again.
Unique, great atmosphere love this place
I'm a block away from this little gem. So when I'm undecided to where to go, this is my safe place. It's the best spot if you wanna enjoy a glass of wine (good selection of wine) and pair with a little appetizers. I've been going there for 3 yr now, and I have to admit their consistency it's their strength. Good job guys
