We enjoyed a delicious cheese board and glass of wine. There is a quaint outdoor seating area with an ocean view.

It is this little place with all the charm in the world, good beer and wine and without a doubt the best hummus in san diego.
First time at shop. Would not go here if you want to feel welcomed with basic customer service. Wanted to check it out to bring my husband this week but the lady who worked there was not open to letting me check out the seating place and felt extremely unwelcomed and discriminated. I love truffle salt and olive oil and will not be shopping here for these items. I hope the staff understand being kind to another person is everything.
My wife and I loved the view of the Pacific, and the "All Cheese Plate" (with gluten-free pita), the "Bowl of Olives," and the "Dip Duo Plate" which came, on request, with gluten-free crackers we liked so much we bought a package to take away. Also, the Rose Mathis was exceptional. Great lunch!
We Olive is an interesting mix of wine and olive oil. Expect lots of solid wine choices and creative olive oil blends. My biggest gripe is that it's not very possible to buy tasters of the oils so you'll have to commit to a full bottle. That's probably okay, because the oil is good and not very overpriced.
Highlight of our trip to La Jolla! My husband and I came here for drinks and appetizers to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we had the most wonderful time. This spot had the best atmosphere, service and food/wine selection. We are so excited to return one day!! Highly recommend
We Olive is wonderful. The food is tasty, wine selection great and awesome little shop to purchase fine olive oils, vinegars and gifts . Elizabeth was super helpful when I purchased a bunch of Christmas gifts there. Def worth a stop!
We spent the afternoon here enjoying the wine and views! The wine was excellent and the staff does a great job with recommendations! We got the bread and oil to snack on and it was also delicious! Very peaceful. The store was cool as well, so many different olive oils. If we wouldn't have been flying we would have bought some. Definitely worth checking out!
We were visiting from NY and walked in to do some shopping and have a bottle of wine. As were patiently waiting to be seated one of the female employees( later to find out it was one of the owners) decided to skip over us and seat the couple that were in back of us. When explained we were waiting first, her excuse was to seat the couple first because I chose to us the restroom. Very rude and dismissive to the fact that we were also waiting. I was prepared to walk out when my sister insisted to say and have been glass of wine. Demillon was so understanding and sat us right away. I decided to just get a glass of wine and not purchase anything from this establishment. Lost a huge sale and the only good review is because of your courteous and kind employee Demillon. He gets 5+ stars from me.
