Unapologetic and boldly RACIST. I went into this restaurant at 9:39pm on a night when they closed at 10pm. After the checking the hostess stand (which was empty) and waiting for someone to come over, I walked to the bar. As I went to the bar, and elder White couple walked in and sat themselves without being stopped.While standing at the bar, I’m tried to get the attention of both bartenders. The man closest to me looked at me and walked in the complete opposite direction as I was trying to talk to him. He never greeted me, nor did he acknowledge my presence.I proceeded to walk to the end of the bar where I saw three servers. When I began to ask him to be seated, he offered to help since there was no hostess at the host stand. Before he could even begin to ask the bartender to call the host, the same bartender who openly ignored me immediately said the restaurant wasn’t seating any more tables. The waiter sounded surprised. When I asked a second server behind the bar, “wait, you’re done seating tables with 20 minutes til closing?” she repeated that I could not be seated.Keep in mind, 1) the same bartender who ear hustle enough to shut down the waiter who was trying to be helpful pretended he couldn’t see me when I motioned and called out to him (directly in front of his face). 2) the White couple who walked in after me sat themselves, was not asked to leave and was served.I was the only Black person in the restaurant. This establishment should be ashamed of the bold anti-Black racism that it allows and perpetuates.

Met some fun folks at the Waterfront. Wouldn't recommend the food, but it's there in case it's late in Little Italy and you're hungry. They had a DJ playing classic hip hop when we visited and the places was bangin' Had a good time.

Great atmosphere and staff
Great atmosphere. I'm here visiting my sister from Toronto, Canada. Already been here twice. The bartenders are very friendly and ask for your name. Very laid back atmosphere, popcorn is a nice added touch, there's a live DJ, and drinks are reasonably priced. Be prepared to be approached by ppl just to say hello. Thank you to all the staff.
I got to tell you my brother turned me on to this place and it is a very unique bar. From my understanding is one of the oldest bars in San Diego and also has one of the best drink for your buck.
Fun time watching the NCAA finals.
The service was excellent. Our server Laura was vibrant. It would have been nice if the table was cleaned, but the taste of the food won.
