We enjoyed a tasty meal with friends. The atmosphere was relaxed and breezy. We especially loved the live music. It was subtle and the guitar sounded beautiful . What a special place!

Wonderful lunch with family at the Veranda. Delicious salmon salad and excellent and personable service from Debbie. To top it off- after lunch great grandmother was given a golf cart ride to our car by Paul. We return again and again with friends and family to enjoy the beautiful setting, music in the evening and delicious food.

The Veranda at the Rancho Bernardo Inn is one of our favorite places to relax, sip cocktails or tea, and enjoy a fine meal. The staff is very attentive and the food is always good. And the views - out of this world!
The steak was charred to the point of being almost impossible to cut into pieces without extreme effort and time. But my partner's seabass was very good.
I think the plates are too small! Sure it makes you feel you are getting a big portion, a lot of food, but I thought it was more difficult to eat. The plate was more like a bowl!
