Hi everyone, It was my first time to try this restaurant. I ordered super fries. The food was hot and fresh. The portion was too much. I couldn't finish my dinner. The price was a little bit high but according to that portion, it's ok.The restaurant was nice and clean which is awesome but the cashier wasn't well trained.I didn't feel welcome at the entrance. The other issue was the fork. They put one more extra fork which is great but the fork didn't have plastic cover.For home usage or catering, it's ok to have bunch of forks in a box and then open them without cover but in a restaurant business it's not acceptable.I'll give them four star.
This my go to place if I'm craving Mexican food. This place is open 24 hours and serve really good food. My go to food here is the rolled tacos . You have a choice of beef or chicken. I only ordered the beef. The other things I order are carnitas burrito and Carne asada nachos. The carnitas is seasoned perfectly and not much fat at all. It's a nice size burrito with girth. The Carne Asada nachos is so tasty. I usually get the sour cream & guacamole on the side so the chips can stay crispy. The Carne asada is seasoned well and the meat tender. I'm getting hungry talking about it. If you're looking for breakfast burritos ? they have that too. Well if you're in the area of Mira Mesa look for Vallarta because you will not be disappointed. Enjoy my friends.
Food is always good. Quick service. I do not like their salsas. The grren one is very mild and just ok, the other one is a weird orange color. Not tasty to me at all. And i am mexican
Dishes can be a little inconsistent but no matter which version, it's going to be amazing! So glad they're open 24 hrs! The chimichangas and burritos are the best.
This is my first time here.Super small location. It was freezing and they did not close doors. The cashier was even wearing a scarf. I was driving back to orange county so I had to sit to eat there. I did NOT enjoy my food. I rushed to eat it since I was uncomfortably cold and that was me sitting INSIDE. There's very limited seating inside. I can only imagine the people outside. I wonder if their food was even warm.I would not come here again unless it was convenient.
Vallarta's... where the food is so good, you don't even care that the staff never says hello. I've been coming here for years, they've fed me during the pandemic, and I've never been disappointed. If you want ambiance, go somewhere else. If you want the best rolled tacos and to be left alone... vallarta's is for you!
Surf and turf was bomb!!The Horchata isnt what you expect from a good decent Horchata.... it's not what a person whos desiring a delicious container filled with cinnamon, rice water and sugary water. It's the offbrand.... that alone makes the experience one less star.... good hot sauce is another but that was delicious actually.
Been here a few times never had an issue but this last time never again. Found a piece of plastic in my burrito and threw the rest away. Took forever, poor service. This is San Diego you can go anywhere for a good, cheaper, better tasting burrito. Save your money and go some place else. Grossed out
This place ok, their orange sauce is delicious but the food nothing to brag about... Also , theyre supposed to be open 24 hours which is nice but when I rolled up to the drive thru at 5am last weekend they said they weren't taking orders for another 15 minutes.... So not 24 hours I guess
3 out of the last 4 times items were missing from our order. The last one on 2-2-22 was after waiting for over 15 minutes as the lead car. I called and was told to come in with receipt for reimbursement but when I got their they said I could only get the meal which being after 8 pm was not an option. I was told by worker that needed to call Martin or Narvin when I asked for my receipt back and the workers name I was told couldn't have either one. I have left 2 messages and a text to no avail. Plenty of other Mexican food options in Mira Mesa and I will be taking business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
