I live in the Bay Area and I never found a great coffee spot there. San Diego has the best Brazilian goodies out of Brazil. The staff was super friendly and funny. The food was AMAZING!!! When I come back to San Diego and I will for sure come back to Val’s coffee ⛱

Happy Sunday for us, coming here was the perfect choice. I got a green bowl and my husband an acai bowl. We really enjoyed. If you want to grab a healthier choice you never go wrong with the green bowl ?.
Just SO GOOD. We were visiting from Seattle and saw all the great reviews for this spot so we felt we needed to check it out. It did not disappoint! The coffee was delicious and the acai bowls were even more incredible! Truly drool-worthy. Such a fun little spot to check out.
I have been going to Val's for years now. they have the best coffee and pastries I have ever had. Every person who works there is friendly and courteous, Val knows what customer service is and expects it from her girls. Love Love Love Val
Excellent food and service. At Vals you find different types of coffee, bagels, cakes, smoothies and bowls. The atmosphere of the place is awesome and the staff is always ready to help you. Vals has the best Acai in town, and provides an excellent service to the clients. I highly recommend this place.

Very casual little outdoor spot for a quick breakfast bite to eat along with great coffees and smoothies. Inexpensive and very friendly staff. Within easy walking distance to the beach to enjoy your food and drinks with a nice view.
