True Food is too hipster and frankly weird to be a “go to” restaurant. Good wervice.

The outdoor seating has no coverage from sun, and the hostess, was exceptionally rude and unpleasant. There were two hostess staff, and both were rude and unhappy. Our table service was excellent, very nice new waitress in training, and the food was delicious. The noise level surrounding made conversation difficult on the side patio, construction and a loud large group was deafening, much better after they left.
I recently sent a message to the corporate offices about a negative dining experience I had this past Monday. Their website states someone would reach back within 48 hours. It’s been almost a week and haven’t received a response regarding our horrible experience.
Our server, Kanna, was friendly, attentive and well informed on all menu options. She made our dining experience exceptional! The food was amazing. We had 6 in our party and everyone appreciated the variety of meat, seafood and vegan menu options. Each meal was beautifully prepared and the seasoning was superb. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the vegan meals were equally enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and outstanding service!
Server was not particularly service oriented/friendly. Food was great.

The place is very noisy. The ice cream and cookie dessert was not real ice cream. They should specify that so that you know what you are getting.
Our first time here, we were greeted from friendly staff from the host stand all the way until it was time to check out! Food was delicious, we had a great time and this is a spot we will be visiting often!!
