Unplanned stop at top of the market today. There's not much to say other than I had the best piece of halibut I've ever had tonight that even Gordon Ramsey would have approved of. My wife's scallops were perfect as well. Sit at the bar for great service and conversation!
Enjoyed the bread basket, crab cakes and halibut. The atmosphere was laid back for fine dining and the food was flavorful and fresh. Great views and vibes!!!!
Spectacular! Very busy but with no reservations, a party of 6, we waited about 30 minutes. Not bad at all. The clam chowder was on point. The server brought us hot water bc it was definitely chilly. We had the shrimp linguini, sea bass, and fish and chips. All excellent!
Wonderful reviews. But, was very disappointed with this restaurant. The price did not meet the portion. The oysters were small, granted that it was an half appetizer. But, it was overpriced for the quality. The main dish had 1/4 linguine, one scallop, two shrimps and the rest I won't even bother describing.Restaurant was beautiful, located next to the water, staff was very friendly and professional, wine was well selected. But, overall, I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of the dinner, which did not equal out to the final cost.You're paying for the scenery, service and the location of downtown San Diego. Sorry.
