One of my favorite places until the last 2 weeks not feeling the staff change. I visit this spot at least once a week. The wings got a little bland and the pizza it’s self has been doughy. The new guy is weird and not that personal. The red head, darrell, and the big guy have been killing it for the last year. Not sure if the new dude is the manager but his food is trash. Bring the crew back please

My husband & I were in San diego for our 23rd wedding anniversary the weekend of 4/8-4/12/22. We visit Tony's Pizza place more than once. Each time the young lady Kris was there working by herself, as far we could see. She was Amazing in making our pizza & salad to order. We enjoyed our food each visit. We will return once we are back in San Diego. Thank you Kris!!!!!

This place is the bomb, great pizza and open late, perfect bit between bars. Right next to my favorite place Coastal Cantina!

We were walking and randomly stopped for pizza here and were SO IMPRESSED! It was so good!!! So glad we decided to stop here!

Mediocre pizza, and I watched the guy make it and he did not use gloves or have a hair net over his hair. So kind of gross.

Hadn’t been here in a while but both employees were sick as dogs constantly coughing and sneezing. A white woman with tattoos on her neck and a black man with arm tattoos. Both very sick. They came out for their break too while I was eating my slices. If I get sick it was them for sure. They got a no mask too jar too. That’s when they should be wearing masks when they sneezing all over the food. No masks but both very sick smh. Radio super loud too.

I got a pizza from here. It wasn’t very good. There was no sauce of any sort on it. It was cheese on a soggy crust. That’s disappointing.

I tried 2 different slices and both were good!

Trash is all you can say for this place. Most garbage pizza in downtown steer clear.
