Nothing unique. Flavourless. Big chunks of meat that were far too big to chew without grabbing them with your hand. Ordered the Baba Ghanoush, Chicken Shawarma Sandwich and Beef Tikka Sandwich. Not impressed despite the high star rating

Omge the lentil soup is awesome...the Mediterranean salad is BOMB and this beef/lamb with chicken rice and hummus plate is awesome.

Easily one of my favorite eateries in San Diego, Tigris excels at providing authentically delicious food at very reasonable prices. I have only been there for lunch, but I don't think the menu changes from lunch to dinner. Everything is well-made with care and attention to the level of detail one might expect from much more expensive restaurants. I have eaten at many eastern Mediterranean restaurants in San Diego, and this one is the best. The extremely affordable PRICES are the icing on the cake!

I was just another new customer. I never stated why I was there to verify a Spirit of the community nomination.First let me say the meal I purchased chicken and lamb Shwarma was wonderful. Second, I witnessed first hand how every customer who entered was greeted by nameIt was wonderful to see That almost every customer came in was a returning customer. The restaurant was packed and people were waiting for take-home food. I must say it was all writen about in the nomination letters. The food especially wonderful in the selection of healthy choices. As a former cancer patient like me this is one of the best restautants I've ever been in. I highly recommend Tigres Mediterranean Grill For healthy diet choices. For police and military families.For you folks like me who have diet restrictions. I highly recommend Tigris Grill. If you have questions or need assistance in ordering talk to the young man who is the cashier. He was helpful in my ordering.

I ordered the Greek salad with chicken shawarma for lunch. I really enjoyed the flavors of the feta cheese, olives and cucumber.
The food was great and the staff was very friendly and the customer service was good too. We had the chicken Shawerma and some doma everything was delicious.
