Great family run restaurant. They are always exceptionally friendly and good to the customers. Their veal dishes are especially good.

Italian cuisine in a comfortable high-backed booth setting.
This was our first, and probably last, visit to the Venetian. Not that it was bad but that it was a long drive for okay food but terrible service. Apparently, the large party in the "Wine Cellar" likely sharing pizzas was far more important than a table for two only spending about $100.00. The Seafood pasta was very good. Portions were large, but the Veal Marsala was more breading than veal, we couldn't get our server's attention to get a second glass of wine and we weren't even offered a dessert menu until we asked a bus person to find our server (he was outside).
We sat at the table I requested and that was the start to a fabulous evening. Our waiter and staff were nothing less then Great !!! Drinks are very good and Iâm not the easiest person to please so thank you for that. The food and pizza was fantastic and can hardly wait my next experience at This lovely restaurant . Thanks, Martin

Exceptional food. The pizza was absolutely wonderful. Base, sauce and toppings were all spot on. I tried some of my husbands pasta which was meatballs with spicy tomato sauce and that was equally delicious. What stood out the most for us though was the quality of service provided to us. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, interesting and likewise interested in us. He really made our last night in San Diego noteworthy. Unfortunately we did not catch his name in the restaurant but hopefully it is on the receipt photo I will attach which says Quinn.
Not what I expected. Simple and out of the way. We live 20 miles from the restaurant. The restaurant was busy and steady but we were seated on time and right away. Seemed like a family friendly place and looked like many "locals". They use one assistant to help the waitstaff keep drinks full and bread, etc. Very friendly and accurate waiter (Chase). Food was WONDERFUL. Food was served hot and stayed hot. Favors and taste was exceptionally good. Basic menu of Italian food but they do it right. Tiramisu was good and 1 is just enough for 2. Also cannoli available but too full to have both. Will return and enjoy again.

Went for a pre-Mother’s Day celebration and had a great experience! Love their pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Staff was friendly and efficient. Glad to be back!!
