Just had a smoke stacker sandwich on 5/31/22 the sourdough bread was so stale it wasn’t edible. I mentioned it to the gentleman who made my sandwich. He could have cared less. Didn’t say a word to me. Could have said I will put it on different bread or anything. Worst service. The manager needs to know. Just stopped by and the manager Millie was so nice and made me an amazing sandwich combo. Thank you Millie. I love eating these sandwiches.
Best to order online and prepay during holidays. This allows you to drive up and not have to stand in line to pick up that holiday ham.
I opened the ham to make for dinner and I noticed the ham-dry, and NO Sugar baked topping that was the hallmark of the HB Hams. I could have bought a ham anyplace else, cheaper The phone recording at this location advertises their "Legendary Crackling Sweet Glaze " If this is true then my family is truly disappointed. No glaze visible, not even a package of the glaze to put on the ham. I will not buy their ham again. False advertising and I never saw any sign or was told they have different ham versions. Questions below on cleanliness, and one about the food.

I believe it's one of the hams. It's the closest Honey baked ham to UCSD. Fast service more particularly if you reserve items prior to pick up.

I get a ham every year and it is top notch. I cook a lot and I can never make a ham the way they can make a ham. It's a bit pricey though. They do a veterans discount
Great food but no mask required- management didn’t seem to wear one but the staffers did.
