My first time at this Habit Grill location and the food was very tasty! I placed a pick up order to be picked up at a certain time, unfortunately, the order was prepared 1.5 hours before my requested pick up time. I tried calling the location, no answer because they route calls to a third party. I used the contact us form on my email receipt, that response was received a day after. When I got to the location to pick up my order I questioned the time they completed the order, the person helping me was SO professional! He listened, understood why i didn't want the already prepared food, then offered to remake everything. He is the reason why I rate 4 stars. I think his name is Stuart. His customer service was on point with all the customers. I hope management reads this and gives him a high five. ?
Thursday June 16th my Grandmother and her friend eat in at the Habit on Genesee and the food was awful the bun was burnt, the burger was burnt and was overall very unsatisfied. They offered to give her a burger togo but after that experience she said no thank you. The lady behind the counter said she is like the manager and said the manger is cooking so this issue was never was resolved.
Amazing food! I had the Santa Barabara char (pictured). One of the best burgers on the planet. Onion rings with ranch is pure heaven. If I wason death row, this would be my last meal. I've had the regular char, double char, salads, and shakes and they are delicious also! Everything on the menu here is great. The food is made after you order it, so the service is slower than fast food places. But the waiting worth it.
Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered for delivery from the genessee ave location and to say it was disappointing is an understatement. I ordered a burger no pickles no onions (I’m allergic to pickles), fries and a lemonade. Got my order and not only did the burger have both pickles and onions, but they didn’t include my fries or lemonade with my meal. Very upsetting and won’t ever be returning. How hard is it to get this right? I’ve worked fast food before (In N Out) and these people always get my order wrong every time I go!!
The staff is incredible. They go above and beyond. The food is absolutely perfect every time. The prices are great. Please remember to tip these polite people who work there. The tritip sandwich is delicious and I love the crispy onion rings. It's my go to at least once a week. They have heat lamps on patio. Just ask before you go if available.
When I was there it was 3pm and still very busy.. Other people must like it; just not for me. The greenbeans are the best thing on the menu though.
They refused to take orders at the counter and were insistent on customers using the kiosk - which offers no special orders/requests. Received an email that said my order would be ready at a certain time. 20 minutes after that time, the extremely rude person threw the food on the counter and walked away. I saw that it was my order but upon inspection found the order was incomplete. No one would wait on me. After about 5 minutes while my food was getting cold, I got the attention of someone who says he was the manager. I told him of my dissatisfaction to which he replied they were extremely understaffed. I had to wait a while longer while they made the rest of the order. The manager was somewhat apologetic but the female (who wore a blue shirt denoting management) was extremely rude and not apologetic at all - even though she was the one that neglected to fill the order.Would not recommend this place any longer!!!!
Wow talk about great customer service! I did not catch his name however whoever was working on expo or to go orders perhaps a manager,, what a gentleman! Not only did he greet me as I entered and exited but he was also super attentive to make sure that I was satisfied with everything that was in my to go bag. I WILL be having a great night thanks to him. CAN'T WAIT TO DIG IN TO MY DINNER
The Charburger with cheese had a good charred crispiness and taste. However, like at the other locations, it was a little dry. The bun and toppings were very fresh. The burger was better than McDonalds, but not quite up to the level of In-N-Out Burger. The employees were very friendly and they were all smiling. Sharing a parking lot with a Kohl's, there is plenty of parking.
I always come here and they always give me my order with great costumers service but that’s not what happened tonite I asked for a refund for the very first time after I seen someone else take my order out then brining it back in to the expediter and saying that they had the wrong food after that she called out my order and try to serve it to me and when I explained that the people took it out and touched it. I didn’t want it. She asked if they could remake it and simply declined because I didn’t want to have to wait another 15 mins for my food. I just went next door. Sorry but y’all in time out for now.
