Went in. To go order. Burger fries and onion rings. Server gave me the order. And threw the mayo in. It opened over everything said she would fix ?? Took out empty mayo container covered onion rings with napkin. Said here ? I said. Excuse me. She ignored me. I asked for a manager she said she was it I left. And got mayo. All over my upholstery an tosses mayo on onion rings. All 22 of us. Had pizza. Instead of habit for dinner.
The food quality is consistent, they pay their employees well, and allow them to accept tips. These things keep me coming back because I want to support businesses that support their employees. Seriously good burgers.
Got the basic burger to go mid-April 22. Had good burger previously but this time it was so salty nothing else could be tasted ;-(. Was almost like it was cooked in a pan full of salt. If this is now how they prepare burgers its truly a shame. Maybe I’ll try again, but I’ll be sure to take a bite before driving home!
Their app is turned off for curbside delivery, They were also out of green beans. There is a grocery store in the same parking lot that has plenty of green beans. If fast food places are having difficulty getting supplies they are going to have to adapt and have a plan B. I have worked in privately owned places that will immediately send someone to the store if they are out of something
I like the Double Char hamburger which is #2 on the menu. It's tasty. It's two patties of hamburger, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, onion and a bit of mayonnaise. Other than that meal, I've had several of their menu items. I like them all for freshness and flavor. My only issue is the condiment area needs to be kept restocked. The sugar packets were clumpy from either humidity or someone spilled a beverage on them. With that being said, not all places have condiments out like here. They even have jalapenos and other goodies.
Came in to redeem a birthday burger and the lady was telling me they got a new system so she can see all my information (email, birthday and number) I signed up with like I’ve already done this before? I glared and said ookay? Then she said it’s just funny. I just moved here and have been in literally once and thought it was wild they charge to use anything other than American cheese? Burger was cold when I got it to go. Glad it was free the burger and the service was trash.
I haven't had Habit Burger in ages since the last time I went to Los Angeles way back in 2014. As soon as I found out that they are also here in San Diego, I immediately hit the closet one up. I love their hamburgers and their fries are always amazing! The customer service is wonderful and my food came out quick and piping hot. I love the fact that they have jalapenos and even Worstershire sauce available with other awesome condiments. I know everyone here keeps overhyping In and Out, but with a little more coin, you get a better meal and better experience.
I had the teriyaki tenderloin steak sandwich and for me, it was a bit under cooked. Although tasty, I would not purchase that sandwich again. If I had dined in instead of getting it to go, I would have just returned the meal and ask for a refund. The teriyaki sauce was very watery and just made the buns super soggy. I'll try the location again, I'll just have to make sure I check the food before I leave.
Food was great and service was prompt. We decided to take it home which is under 10 mins away and the fries were cold. Overall chicken and burgers were cooked well.
Picked up a order on Thursday and got my whole order. When I arrived at home the chicken sandwich I ordered was burnt to the point that the meat had no flavor to it. This is the second time this has happened. I love HABIT but this location when they get lazy THEY ARE LAZY.
