Our server, Jose, was one of the most attentive and charming people with whom we have ever had the pleasure of dining. He went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary celebration was truly special. Itâs so delightful when a server does everything you might like to have done, without you even having to think of asking for it⦠Just perfect and intuitive. The cocktails were great and the food was fabulous. Probably the best avocado toast weâve ever had, and definitely the best quiche ever (sorry, entire country of France, The Grant has you beaten!). We will definitely come back for dinner, and weâre looking into bringing a group. Fabulous experience, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. We loved it!!!
Really had a great night! Jose and team outstanding service! Food excellent! Chef came to our table a few times to check on us. Prices were reasonable. Just an overall great night!

Grant Grill was recommended to us by a friend who considers this her favorite restaurant in San Diego and I can see why. This is one of the best managed restaurants that I have ever been to. We had Jose for our waiter and he gets a 10 out of 10 rating. I would highly suggest you try to get him. The food, service ambiance, and value are all there. We will definitely go back soon.
The Grant Grill is wonderful. The staff is courteous and professional, and the food is incredible! Lovely and delicious! With 3 hours of free parking, this is the perfect place to meet for lunch or dinner! Love it!
