The ham and cheese croissant is delicious. I don't usually get this type of breakfast so I can't compare it to other places. But the almond croissant was kinda dense and not flaky and fluffy inside. It was a good flat croissant and I had much better. The prices are a little high like almost double compared to my go to bakery closer to home which is more superior in quality. People were standing in line out the door here so its worth a try.
Had a blueberry danish, and a RAC, which is a croissant with chocolate, almond and raspberry I think. Those both were good and worth the money. And those two pastries alone would bring me back to this place. But their fruit tart is what slaps harder than your mommy when you're acting a fool at church.Would definitely order three tarts next time I go, one for each hand and one for the road.
I've searched all over San Diego county and this place has the most authentic, delicious French baked goods. I actually met a French person who confirmed my finding when she let me know she frequents this bakery despite it being far from where she lives and works. Tried almost everything from the menu at this hidden gem tucked inside Scripps Ranch. Haven't gotten disappointed yet. Servers are friendly. Outdoor seating only. Lines can get long during peak times, but worth the wait. The best R.A.C. (Raspberry Almond Croissant) in San Diego!

I think I've been here five times in a few months since discovering it. So far the croque monsieur and the RAC (raspberry, almond, chocolate) croissant are my favorites in the savory and sweet categories. It's not the cheapest, but they have well-prepared specialty items that you really can't find anywhere else in town. It's worth trying when you want to treat yourself or someone else. The fresh baked bread also appears to be extremely popular, though I haven't brought a loaf home yet. Enjoy something at one of their outdoor tables and don't forget to tip the wonderful staff!

Their pastries, sandwiches, and breads are all amazing! Specifically, their almond croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had! If you have ever been to the famous Arisicault bakery in San Francisco, and had their almond croissant, it’s VERY similar to that!
