Arrived in perfect condition, packaged in a sturdy well designed gift box, and each cookie individually sealed.Fresh, tasty and also excellent customer service. They helped me design a customized sticker for my work company, and offered to add the sticker for free as I had over 150 cookie in my order. Highly recommend
My sister knows that I love giving Google reviews so she keeps taking me to try new foods and clothing stores!She just sauntered into the living room with yet a new box of cookies. This time from a place called “Cravory Cookies”. I cannot find a store near here online. Maybe these came in a delivery box about an hour ago?!I ate a blue one. Normally I would not go for a cookie that looks too different. But it was s chocolate chip cookie. It was surprisingly good, moist and flavorishious.
Wow! Talk about good cookies. I was given these as a gift and was so grateful for them. They were all so delicious! They said they got the top 6 cookies and I believe it. Each one was so yummy. I don't know exactly what the flavors were but my favorite was a powdered lemon cookie! So good!
We spent $40 on a dozen and a half. Most of them tasted stale. The ones that weren't stale were ok, but still not worth the price. If you do go, I would ask specifically for fresh ones.*Edited to add - I did receive a dozen replacement cookies from them and while they were not stale, they still weren't superior, in my opinion. Absolutely not worth the cost. But a million stars for the care and conceen from the company. ?
I've been ordering online since December when I found out they had an eggnog cookie. The cookies come quickly, and they are always fresh! I live on the other side of the country, and they are usually there in two days.My son begged for Cravory cookies in his Goody bags for his birthday. I ordered them with ample time, and of course, the carrier had some issues. I emailed the Cravory, and they responded immediately. They tried to get the cookies out before the end of the day, but missed FedEx. Even though this was not their fault, they still refunded half of my money back and gave us a gift card. It was handled so incredibly well!The cookies are amazing, the variety of flavors keep me ordering monthly, and the customer service is outstanding!
These cookies are absolutely amazing! The flavors are awesome and I love that they make different ones each month. Our kids can't wait until the first of the month to check the new flavors and pick some out!
Boy, am I in trouble! These are Amazing, melt-in-your mouth cookies. I thought $15 was a little expensive for a half dozen cookiee, but they are worth every cent. Will definitely be returning for more!
I only have positive things to say! I was in charge of ordering cookies for the holidays for our clients. We ordered only a few weeks before Christmas, they were flexible with the shipping, so quick to respond, so accommodating, and the presentation was great! They put our company logo on the box and put a personalized notecard in each order! The cookies, even after traveling are chewy and delicious! We got only compliments from our clients! We will for sure order again :)
They don’t service all their customers but instead tell you by the way it was sent to 2 addresses, which is a lie! We live in a Very serviceable area & there is no excuse for this type of thing happening, not by Customer Service nor the owner of the place.
