My husband and I found this place while on a roadtrip all over the country. We were staying a few blocks away. The deciding factor to go here was their menu and that we could walk here. We were both very satisfied with our dinner choices and the outdoor seating. The Corner Drafthouse became one of our favorite restaurants of our entire 3 week trip.
Yummy food! They even have nitro beers. Brussel sprouts are a little brown but missing pecans, the menu mentioned pecans.
Enjoyed two light beers at the counter with an order of zesty French fries. Enjoyable and pleasant staff. Respectable environment and customers It was a classy place no foul language.I feel comfortable even though I am twice the age of most patrons tonight.
Fantastic mixed drinks and delicious bar food. Short rib nachos are out of this world.Stayed down the street for a few days and came here twice. When back in Cali, I’m definitely eating here.Service is good and staff were always friendly.
I don't think they are properly managed here so I don't want to blame the employee's for their lack of service. But, if you've ever wanted to eat for free... this is the place. Last time we thought sitting at the bar would get us quicker service, but it was actually worse. Didn't even give us utensils, had to grab them ourselves. So we tried a table again. They take so long in between each table touch that they wouldn't notice if you walked away after eating. Tried so hard to respect the lack of service, attributing it to the pandemic, but at some point they have to own their lackluster service. Food is good(except the Buffalo Cauliflower) and location is great, but not worth the constant bad service. We live a block away so we really have given this place more chances than we normally would. Come on guys, you have a gem, be better. At the very least, give us the check. ?♀️
A staple of Banker's Hill and always a good spot for eats. The food is usually pretty good, as are the specials. There's a long list of unique and local taps as well, so always something fun to try. I honestly feel the Ribs are the best I've tried in the city. That sauce is next level.Wednesday night is Trivia Night - so get there early if you want to partake, or avoid entirely if you don't want the crowd as parking in the area can always be dicey.Sometimes I also feel the prices can vary or trend to a higher side. But I'm also writing this during the middle of the Russian invasion of Ukraine where prices are fluctuating a lot, so that might be the reason.
Great cheerful staff. Very helpful and attentive. Very solid cocktails and a fantastic beer list. Food is outstanding as well. The fig burger is one of the best burgers you will have!
Lovely venue , friendly staff, and nice menu. I had the poke salad and it was a nice portion for a light meal. Tasty sauces on the side. I especially liked the wasabi flavored sauce. The brownie sundae was very good too.Sat outside to be COVID safe. They have heaters which worked magnificently. Felt comfortable. I just wish the staff had still chosen to wear masks to make us feel even more comfortable. . Even thou mandates are lifted, in an industry where you're serving food to the public, it just makes sense in the next normal. I like good hygiene practices.
Stopped in after visiting the zoo. I sat at the bar like I always do and the service was top notch. This was lunch so it wasn’t that busy. The food was good, I got the Mac and cheese.Their beer selection is good.
Great food and fun atmosphere! Enjoy watching sports there as well.
