This is the most fun I have ever had at a cafe. The staff was super friendly and shared information about all the cats. You do have to sign up for a time to meet with the cats and it costs about $20 but that includes an hour with the cats and a free drink. Most of the cats are adoptable and very friendly. Had a wonderful relaxing time in with the cats and they do have tables and outlets inside so if you need to charge your phone or get some work done in the company of some cute cats you can. Highly recommend to cat lovers and those who just like to give to a good cause.

I had the impression that if I come here there are like 30 cats or more walking around while you drink your coffee and we could pet the cats. It cost $18 per person. There were only five cats. 4 were sleeping and the one walking around could not be petted. Might be cool for someone that's never seen a cat before. Got to pay $18 I expected there to be a lot of cats. It's a good thing they are doing here helping these cats get adopted. For a high price. I guess $18 ain't nothing for most people

The cats are very well taken care of. There are plenty of toys and beds for the cats to play and sleep in. The owner is very nice, and he spoke about each cat's story. It's very clean and spacious for the cats to live a good quality of life. I love all the cats, but I was particularly drawn to an 8 year old Siamese male named Sima. He is an absolute sweetheart and stole my heart from the get go! If you want to spend 1 hour, then you need to make a reservation in advance. The cost is expensive, but you get a free item with your visit, and your money is going to a worthy cause to improve the quality of life for these cats. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you're a cat lover!

We did not get to experience the cats because reservations had to be made. But from the other side of the window the cats looked absolutely adorable. Cute lil spot for sure. Coffee was good. Hourly parking was close by so easy walk to the cafe. Will visit again but this time will make reservations to see the cats first. There is a fee of $18 for 1 hour in the "cat room" as well.

A cat cafe that allows you to visit with the kitties and they are (almost) all for adoption. Really neat for all cat people and people who miss our kitty back home and would just like spend a little “cat time”

Really loved my time at the cat cafe. The staff is welcoming, and the cats are just a treat for your eyes and heart — easy to approach, pet, and play with. The cafe has many toys and the staff even guides you on how you can use them. (I certainly needed the hint since I have never had a cat). Overall, a fantastic way to spend an hour when you're in SD. PS: With your entry ticket/reservation, you get a free drink or snack.

You have to make reservations for this Cat Cafe, but the planning ahead is totally worth it. For the price ($15), you are supporting the shelter cats while drinking a lovely coffee drink (or other item) that would normally cost about $6, but comes with the entrance cost. I took my son there because I was visiting him on campus and he really, really misses his dog at home so a room full of cats was a decent 2nd best. He is 19 and he loved it, so it's definitely an "all ages" type of experience. The room must remain calm at all times, so they play what I would call "yoga room" music while you pet the cats. It becomes an hour that you hope doesn't end too soon.

The entire staff is super friendly! They offer you a free beverage or pastry with your ticket & you’re able to hang out with cats for an hour!! 90% of the cats are adoptable & will make you fall instantly in love l. My boyfriend and I found one that we want to take home & the staff was super friendly in helping us apply for her !! 10/10 recommend & 10/10 will be back l! (;

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this cat cafe. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable about the adoptable cats. The cats area plenty. I will say the space is a little small, but comforting for the cats. The drinks are a little on the bitter side, but let’s be honest, this isn’t the real reason for going to this cafe. I will definitely return for a cup of coffee and cat time!

I was missing my purring buddies while on a trip to San Diego. The Cat Café cured my withdrawal symptoms as it's a great place to get a cup of java and to pet some lovely kitties.
