So most times we tend to travel in a pack at Henry’s Take. Although the Review Team members can vary from one location to another, we enjoy the company of those who contribute to each review. Occasionally a Review Team is comprised of a single member, such was the circumstance today, and the consequences were immediate. Some of the wonderful people that I have the privilege of working with combined forces to secure my Christmas present in 2020 and today was the day that my present was finally claimed. (Yes, I acknowledge the significant delay here, but we’ve been understandably preoccupied with this whole world domination project!)Talk about needing the assistance of others. “Can we get someone with a clue on Isle 5?” @the_butchery is like the Aston Martin of butcher shops (@shugertc ?)! Admittedly I had pretty much no idea what I was looking for (or how to prepare any of it), but even I knew that quality was lacking in exactly none of the items that were available.If you choose to visit this place I would recommend that you leave your debit card at home. Depending on your income bracket, you’ll need your credit card (or possibly even a cosigner).And if you found yourself most interested in the Aston Martin reference, there is literally a showroom just a few doors down (fact).And that’s…Henry’s Take. @henrystake

Excellent place to get good quality meats, great delicatessen such as cheeses, and if you don't feel like cooking, IMO they have the best burger in town. That's why I'm a regular :-D
My highest marks on this fantastic place! I can’t say enough about the staff and the products. I dropped 600 in about 20 minutes. Uni, smoked swordfish, a5 beef, Marky’s caviar, duck, liver, fresh yellowfin. Sea weed salad. If they (boss ) let’s me go back I will be on point and half to see the professional crew. This is what I made I didn’t get a photo of the place but parking is tight;)
Tight little nook that has unheard of customer service. The Butchery has uncommon ingredients at affordable prices. The staff really know their stuff. Will be coming back routinely for the best experience of a butcher shop.
WoW ? I am soooo glad we found this place ? I love the Sandwiches and Hot Dogs ? Simply one of the best place to get high quality meat as well as amazing sandwiches. Also amazing place for shopping and good variety of meats ?
I go to the Butchery for the best bacon cheeseburger and fries in this area! SERIOUSLY!They also have yummy pastrami and an amazing assortment in their little market. You go in for one thing and leave with loads of goodies! The staff is super helpful and friendly, too! I just wish they had more restaurant style seating, but I know they’re not a “restaurant.” ☺️Love this place!!!

One of my favorite place. I go there almost once a week to treat myself to something nice. The price is premium but you do get what you pay for.You can find some of the hard to find items that you won’t find in your typical grocer. High end artisanal shoyu sauce from Japan? Check. Quality bone marrow broth? Check. A5 grade wagyu? Check.They also have a nice on premise deli where they use the same ingredients. The burger ? on the pretzel bun is really nice and a match for many premium burger out there. The price for the burger $8 is actually reasonable.
Incredible selection of high quality meats and specialty goods. They've got all cuts of beef (dry aged ribeye, wagyu brisket, porterhouse, and much more), an array of sausages, and even pre-made sides. This is my go-to spot for dry-aged burgers to take home!
