I am back in the hood off and on, and invited to the bar on occasion. I find the service great. Always a smile and yet, uhum... Locals. I get it, a great local place, easy, comfortable and local. If you are looking for "cheesecake factory" type service, it's not your place. It is slow and easy. If you can accept that, they'll accept you. Local bar serving local beers is awesome. Support your local establishments and give em some slack. After all, they are just friends having a beer. Rude, crude, with a tude.... Nice!
I have come into this bar off and on for years, but I was treated with complete disregard so I am writing this review. I came in around noon on a Thursday and the very pretty blonde bar tender did not acknowledge me until I had sat waiting in front of her at the bar for 10mins. She was more focused on eating and a conversation with a sickly looking regular that was Covid coughing. When she finally took my drink order she wondered around with my 20 dollar bill and then started serving others without giving me change. I ended up getting up from the bar when another couple was greeted immediately upon entering which confirmed my suspicions that I got a specially lame treatment. I sat on a table near the main bar and notice the bar tender place a stack of money down on the bar without saying anything. She went immediately back to doing nothing and I had to ask her if it was my change. I grabbed and left the bar and will not return which apparently what they wanted because I was not in their group.
Awesome locals, super friendly. I'm from Boston and we were all buying rounds for each other. Great vibe, mixed younger/older crowd.

SHADY!ONLY USE CASH IF YOU GO HERE!CREATED A FAKE BILL FOR ( ALMOST $200) AND CHARGED MY CARD.DIDN’T MENTION IT TO ME THAT MY CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED TWICEAND THEN GAVE ME MY BILL LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.
Good bar three pool tables and free ping pong is really cool there people are nice good bar
good atmosphere. Friendly people and good bartenders, and it's fairly priced as well. They also have a couple of pool tables and dart games
